The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a tatami room, though it wasn't particularly spacious. However, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. We found hair in the sink even before using it, and the cups were cracked and hadn't been replaced. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, but there weren't enough chairs in the restaurant, so we had to share tables with strangers during peak times. The soundproofing was decent, though being located next to a main road, some traffic noise was unavoidable. Overall, it was a good stay!

Since I arrived in Shanghai quite late and was due to depart from Shanghai Hongqiao the next day, I booked this hotel on Ctrip. However, it's actually a good 6 kilometers from Hongqiao Station, making it at least a 20-minute drive without traffic.
The hotel and room interiors were pretty standard. The room size was decent, featuring a small sofa and a desk. The bed and bathroom were also perfectly fine.
There's only one washer and dryer available. While they are free to use, you need to scan a QR code via a mini-program, which can accidentally charge you if you click the wrong button. This definitely needs improvement.
The surrounding area felt a bit old and run-down. I arrived late at night, and the underground parking was full, so I had to find a parking spot at a neighboring business.
There were quite a few Indian guests staying at the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was also pretty standard.

The front desk checked in quickly, and the moment you entered the door, you can feel the enthusiasm of the staff. The hotel's services will also be introduced in detail. During the stay, the staff responded promptly to additional needs, always with a smile, and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. The mattress in the room is moderately soft and hard to fit the body curve, the quilt is light and soft, breathable, and the pillow core is of suitable height, which brought me a deep sleep. The air-conditioning temperature control is accurate, the wind speed is adjustable, the noise is very small, and it is humanized with the change of weather temperature. The sound insulation effect of the room is also good. When the door is closed, it will not be disturbed by the outside world. The facilities are complete, with a smart toilet and a 24-hour free self-service laundry room. There are two options: a hanging iron and an iron, which allows you to iron freely when you are away from home; the breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western dishes, a healthy breakfast, and balanced nutrition; there are also fresh fruits and special drinks. Waffles made on site by Blue Friends meet personalized needs.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. First of all, I would like to praise their customer service team, who are always friendly and helpful.
The facilities in the room are also very complete. The bed is comfortable and you can fall asleep as soon as you lie down. The TV channels are rich and varied to suit different tastes. The bathroom products are also high-end and thoughtful. In addition, they provide free high-speed wireless Internet access, tea service and laundry service

As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I fell in love with this tasteful hotel. I originally planned to stay for only two days, but ended up staying so long that I had to leave Shanghai. Even though it is a long way to the center of Shanghai, it is worth it.
The hotel has the convenience of a business hotel and the service of a high-end hotel. My husband commented that it is the most satisfactory hotel he has ever stayed in.
The front desk staff is very professional, polite and enthusiastic. The room is on a high floor, spacious, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the chef's noodles are good. My husband said that he finally had a bowl of cooked noodles.

GGuest UserAfter a long and tiring day of travel, I arrived at the hotel late at night. I was immediately impressed by the lobby's appearance, and the front desk staff greeted me warmly and efficiently arranged my room. The room itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I took a much-needed hot shower, which was great for washing away the day's fatigue. It was a pleasant surprise to find a laundry room with washing machines available, so I took the opportunity to clean my clothes. Once everything was taken care of, I enjoyed a wonderfully comfortable and restful sleep. Overall, everything was fantastic. Despite this being my first stay here, the experience was truly exceptional, and I will definitely be back.

The room was spotless and thoughtfully decorated, creating a very cozy atmosphere – you could tell a lot of care went into it. The bedding was also very comfortable. JJapzz SingsonThis is my second time around to stay here in the hotel.. easy access for MRT its not hard to find and theres a lot of cheap and good food around the area there is near bank that you can withdraw.. people and staff their are so accomodating and they assist what you need.
