The location is exceptionally convenient. It's not only very close to the subway station, with Line 13 offering direct access to the city center, but also incredibly easy to reach Hongqiao Airport in just 15 minutes – truly ideal for my transit stay. I particularly appreciated the chilled fruit drinks offered at the water bar during the hot weather, a thoughtful touch for someone who loves to stay hydrated. The surroundings are also lovely; the view from my window, featuring a stream and houses, evoked fond childhood memories. Moreover, the hotel facilities are impeccably maintained. I'd definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The service is very good. The breakfast is delicious and the food is fresh. I really like the tea fragrance in the lobby, but the room does not have this fragrance. It rained that day and the only coat got wet and cooled down. Fortunately, there are dryers and washing machines. The front desk ladies and brothers are very enthusiastic. The cleaning aunts I met are also very polite. It's just that the light under the bed is not turned off all night, the bathroom door rubber strips are swollen and can't be closed, and the toilet flushes as soon as I raise my hand, and I haven't gotten up yet. I have to say that the air conditioner is very powerful. It cools down after turning it on. 25 degrees is just right. I have to say that the bed and pillows of the all-seasons are good. The bed is moderately soft and hard, which is very good. The pillows are soft and comfortable. It was quite quiet for two nights. The guests are very well-mannered and don't talk loudly. It's inevitable that the sound of the water pipes on the wall will be heard. Fortunately, everyone falls asleep when they should fall asleep. It's still very quiet. Overall, it's still good. This hotel is quite good. My friend was staying here for a business trip in Shanghai, so I booked a room as well to catch up with a friend I hadn't seen in years. It seems to be a rebranded property undergoing gradual renovation. The service is impressive; it's rare to find a mid-range hotel with a doorman these days. Check-in was very efficient, and they even upgraded my room. The room itself was quite spacious. The only minor issue was that the smart toilet seat's bidet function sprayed cold water instead of warm.
The hotel's 30-meter pool is quite large. Its deep end reaches over 1.7 meters, which is the deepest I've ever encountered in a hotel pool – I'd suggest making it a bit shallower.
While the hotel breakfast was decent, it was nothing special. However, the executive lounge offered a good spread of 2 meat and 2 vegetable dishes. The lounge manager even offered cocktail-making, which was a really nice touch, and the drinks were delicious.
Finally, a big thank you to Molin at the front desk. I forgot my glasses at breakfast, and he helped me retrieve them.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. First of all, I would like to praise their customer service team, who are always friendly and helpful.
The facilities in the room are also very complete. The bed is comfortable and you can fall asleep as soon as you lie down. The TV channels are rich and varied to suit different tastes. The bathroom products are also high-end and thoughtful. In addition, they provide free high-speed wireless Internet access, tea service and laundry service

As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I fell in love with this tasteful hotel. I originally planned to stay for only two days, but ended up staying so long that I had to leave Shanghai. Even though it is a long way to the center of Shanghai, it is worth it.
The hotel has the convenience of a business hotel and the service of a high-end hotel. My husband commented that it is the most satisfactory hotel he has ever stayed in.
The front desk staff is very professional, polite and enthusiastic. The room is on a high floor, spacious, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the chef's noodles are good. My husband said that he finally had a bowl of cooked noodles.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. The facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped. Even though the rooms are on the smaller side, they surprisingly include a safe. All rooms feature large, bright floor-to-ceiling windows and are very quiet. A cool modern touch is that all takeout orders are delivered by robots. There's also a convenience store conveniently located downstairs. We were even offered complimentary small drinks upon check-in, which was a lovely gesture.

The address is in Jiangqiao Old Street, not far from the subway. The room is consistent with the standard of the all-season hotel, simple and comfortable. The breakfast is not much, but it is enough. The noodles with scallion oil are delicious. The service is good. If you stay with your children, you will get a free breakfast. It is very cost-effective.

JJapzz SingsonThis is my second time around to stay here in the hotel.. easy access for MRT its not hard to find and theres a lot of cheap and good food around the area there is near bank that you can withdraw.. people and staff their are so accomodating and they assist what you need. Firstly, the transportation is incredibly convenient. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. This saved so much time and hassle, making getting around an absolute breeze – no need to worry about commuting at all.
Furthermore, Riyueguang Shopping Mall is located right downstairs. It's a one-stop solution for dining, shopping, and picking up any essentials. If you fancy a late-night stroll for food or need to buy something, you just head downstairs – incredibly convenient!
Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spotless, the bed linen looked crisp and fresh, and there were no unpleasant odors in the bathroom whatsoever. I felt completely at ease and comfortable during my entire stay.
These factors perfectly met all my requirements, offering exceptional value for money. I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next trip!
