Shanghai Songjiang District Hotels

Wonderful stay with the great facilities , we got an upgraded room at 8th floor. Room is large space with bathtub , complimentary red wine & Dessert , automatic toilet bowl & dyson hair dryer. Easy traveling , we took a taxi (DiDi) from Dongjing subway station exit 3 to the hotel only 26 CYN & takes 18 minutes. We enjoy the water curtain show at the lobby. Amazing cliff light & shadow show at 20.30 hrs. Great service from all staffs bell boy , front reception , restaurant , indoor pool. Special thanks to Ms.Sofiia (Guest Service Officer) as we got a warm welcome & helpful information from her. Ms.Sofiia make us feel very easy to communicate in English speaking (many staffs not influence in English). We request to inspect the underwater view room & she could arranged it perfectly (luckily the room is available to see) We join the buffet dinner at G floor restaurant. Great value dinner with variety of food , dessert & drinks. We love unlimited beer & wine. Also special thanks to Mr.Chan LV for a great services in the restaurant.

Toilet seat had dark yellow stains before I even used it for the first time. Room was old with stain buildup in bathroom and sink areas. Was given toothbrushes and other amenities at the counter. My fav feature is the robot waiter because it is so convenient to just order food to the room while I do my work. Place was hard to get to directly by taxi. Had to be dropped off at a nearby place and walked to the hotel with heavy luggage. Not recommended for people with heavy luggage like me.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, slightly off the road, with beautiful and clean surrounding facilities, including a pond, swimming pool, and a sand playground for children. The outdoor pool wasn’t open yet for the season but looked very inviting. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, although the young man at the reception was a bit shy and spoke very quietly. The breakfast room was large but quite noisy, likely due to the public holiday and many guests with children. It was hard to find a seat during peak breakfast time. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony and electric curtains. The service was excellent, and any issues, like a problem with the air conditioning, were quickly addressed even late in the evening. Additionally, there is an indoor swimming pool and a large fitness room that looked very promising, but due to our limited time, we couldn’t try it out.

An exam, a lifetime memory: grateful for the hotel's warm gesture. It was a crucial exam in my life. The tense atmosphere before the exam almost suffocated me. My mind was full of thoughts about the content and key points of the exam, but I didn't know that my ID card was left in the hotel in a hurry. When I arrived at the examination room and was about to enter the examination room, I was shocked to find that my ID card was missing. In an instant, my mind was blank, and my heartbeat suddenly accelerated, as if the whole world had stopped turning. Without my ID card, I would miss this exam, and all my previous efforts would be wasted. In despair and helplessness, I suddenly remembered the hotel I was staying in, and I called the front desk in a hurry. The person who answered the phone was a gentle lady. After listening to my anxious story, she whispered to comfort me not to worry, and quickly helped me contact the aunt who cleaned my room. Not long after, the front desk lady called to tell me that he was firm and calm, telling me to prepare for the exam first, and let him handle the ID card. At that moment, his words were like a reassurance, which made my originally panicked heart a little calmer. While I was waiting anxiously, I suddenly received a call from the hotel manager. I ran out in a hurry and saw the hotel manager standing there breathlessly, with sweat all over his forehead, but a warm smile on his face, holding my ID card tightly in his hand. It turned out that he put down his work at hand, set out from the hotel without stopping, and rushed all the way, just to deliver the ID card to me in time so that I could take the exam smoothly. I took the ID card, and the gratitude in my heart rushed out like a flood. In addition to saying ”thank you” all the time, I was speechless for a while, not knowing how to express my inner touch. The hotel manager waved his hand and said with a smile: ”This is what we should do. I wish you good luck in the exam!” After that, he hurried away and rushed back to the hotel to continue working. This experience made me deeply feel that the service of this hotel is not only professional and efficient, but also full of strong human touch. They are anxious about the guests' needs, think about what the guests think, and interpret what is truly high-quality service with practical actions. This warmth, I will always remember in my heart. I will also recommend this loving hotel to everyone around me, so that more people can feel this caring and beauty.

The room facilities are relatively complete and new, and the environment is also very good. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are very considerate. I stayed for a long time this time, and I got to know the aunt who cleaned my room. She is from Northeast China and is very enthusiastic. Hahaha. It is trustworthy.

Also, you have to go downstairs to get the takeaway, which is considered as exercise, which is not a big deal. Service: From the front desk to the cleaning staff, the attitude is very good. Knowing that my mother almost slipped, they immediately greeted and laid a cloth. There are welcome fruit and coffee coupons, and breakfast is basically Chinese and Western. Hygiene: It is quite clean. I saw the aunt vacuuming and wiping the door. Sound insulation is OK. At least there is no frequent opening and closing of doors in the middle of the night, and no one is making loud noises in the corridor, and no noises from the next door are heard. The B&B is really like an art palace. The elegant curved exterior combined with Jiangnan-style details is unique. The room is also decorated in light warm tones, which is cozy and romantic. The bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious, and there are free tea bags and refrigerator drinks~ There is actually a private hot spring pool on the balcony~ In the outdoor yard, you can camp and barbecue, rent bicycles, and swim in the summer... The breakfast is rich and exquisite. Although it is a set meal, there are more than ten items. There are also two cute dogs, Wangzai and Baozi, who are very enthusiastic to see the guests~

Staying in the Executive King Room exceeded my expectations! The room is simple and elegant, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of Songjiang. The bedding is soft and helps you sleep. The bathroom has a dry and wet separation smart toilet, and the air purification system makes your breath fresh. Breakfast is a highlight, with nearly 30 choices of freshly cooked noodles/Western baked goods/Chinese hot dishes, and the Songjiang specialty rice cakes are particularly amazing. The front desk check-in is fast and the service is meticulous. It is a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 9, suitable for both business travel and leisure vacations. The overall experience is worth the money, and it will be the first choice for your next visit to Songjiang!
