Fantastic! Locate right across the road to the exhibition center, subway entrance in right next to the lobby entrance. Across the road many eateries and night outing too. The family room's bathroom has no privacy.. travel with kids is fine but if u travel with siblings then.... 7th floor consist of all the facilities, superb. Cold and fire room, warm water pool, indoor swimming pool, good gym facilities.. just that the center area is under renovation closed for guest.

I had a good stay at Karry hotel pudong for a weekend. The swimming pool and Kid play ground were amazing for 5 and 7 years kids. All the staffs were kind and nice, they cares customers well. Room condition was also good. And extra bed was simply arranged for kid. Karry hotel pudong was really family friendly hotel and wanted to stay soon. Special thanks to Lobby manager Sierra for kind service and hospitality.

Chateau Star River Hotel has really wonderful facilities. We were checked-in very late because there were lots of people checking out. We actually got settled in our room at 445pm instead of being checked-in at 2pm. At first, they placed us at Queen Room Garden View in which the air-conditioning was broken. After several minutes, they moved us to a much modern and newly-renovated huge, exquisite and elegant room. I would really have loved this hotel if not for that stressful late check-in that happened. Hope they'll do something about that.

I don’t usually like to write comment or reviews. But the front desk (Kimi) he is genuinely nice, what an excellent service! We had our rooms upgraded for free. The rooms are big and well maintained. For this price, it’s one of the best in Pudong hotels. Breakfast is a nice variety buffet. But I would not recommend the lunch. It’s a simple dimsum Chinese restaurant, if you’re not a fan of dimsum or steam buns don’t purchase the add-ons lunch. Just enjoy the room staycation with bathtub, outdoor swimming pool, gym, a sauna and jacuzzi, what else do you want? Also it’s worth to mention it’s only 5mins. walk to Aldi, get all the snacks you want and you won’t be disappointed. Convenient location! just few minutes walk to metro Line 9. Great stay!

The location is very convenient because you have the Longyang Road Subway Station there, which is especially great for those who travel to or from Hongqiao Railway Station and Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Love the service - can do attitude, fast and effective. It is not a new hotel but the location is excellent. metro and maglev is at the footstep (do need to budget time to walk inside the metro to exit at 17). Lines serving the stop LongYang Road - 2, 7, 16 and 18. Eateries just beside it and two junctions away, there is a shopping centre and opposite it, a hypermart. Also very easy to get to Tianzifang and from there Xin Tian Di, all by metro. And then back to hotel. Can get a lot of nice food like kumo cheese at TianziFang and Shake shack etc at XinTianDi (walk straight turn right into Xin Ye Lu. Where the crowd is. You can see policemen stationed everywhere. very safe. There is a special fountain that does a lovely and colourful musical for 10min at the end of the pavement at 8pm. We discovered it by chance. Thank you again to hotel staff for taking good care of us and responding to our needs splendidly.

Cars cannot pull up to the hotel entrance, which we found inconvenient. The shower room has no curtain nor door. The bathroom floor is soaking wet after every shower. The AC is extremely difficult to figure out, we spent most of the time in freezing temperatures. The hotel looks fancy, but not very practical. Would not return.

Walk to Longyang Mall/ Metro station to Airport or Pudong Puxi. On my departure day there heavy pour . Receptionist go street to ensure to secure cab and offer umbrellas to accompany to airport . Helpful in assisting in food location and flexible to change room even after check in . Superb hospitality will consider Hanting again

I give this store 5 stars. I went to Shanghai on a business trip. The hotel was very considerate. There was a free shuttle bus to the exhibition🚌. The breakfast was also good. It deserves to be a five-star hotel. The room was clean and the service was very good. It was raining heavily when I checked out. The hotel provides free umbrellas for every guest☔️, which is really considerate. The key is that there is no need to go through any formalities and it is very convenient.

Very good experience and value for money. Huge draw is the location - which is situated right above exit 4 of the Century Park station. It is really much quieter from the buzz in downtown Lujiazui, which is what I was looking for exactly. There's a KFC and Family Mart just beside the hotel, and if you need more serious grocery shopping, a supermarket across the road. I didn't use much of the amenities, though the front line staff were very helpful when I reached out and enquired more about the area. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room is fairly spacious, in my opinion, though a little old, but acceptable. Should also mention that my room came with a spacious balcony, which allows a view of the beautiful Century Park. Very good experience, and I will certainly stay here again if I'm visiting Shanghai.

Easy to stay, the house is duplex, large in size, with four bedrooms, and a bunk bed, which can accommodate 7 or 8 people. The decoration style is a bit old, and the parents will prefer it in their first generation, and the cleaning is still clean. The room is a bit damp, and there is a little smell of oily smoke near the kitchen. The car needs to be parked outside the community and walked in. The landlord communicated in time, thank you very much!
