A lovely hotel with a rich historical ambiance, and the room size was amazing, exceeding my expectations. The ground-floor restaurant was very convenient, but there are several restaurants and pubs nearby offering plenty of alternative options. However, I decided to try the traditional Shanghai cuisine in the hotel and had a meal there. The food tasted good, although it was a bit pricey. The surrounding area was pleasant, perfect for a relaxing stroll that kept me in a pleasant mood.

Second stay after very pleasant one two weeks ago, but slightly disappointed with a few things broken down in the room including the blue tooth speaker resulting in changing to another room which was a little hassle. Although nothing is perfect, but in a very competitive hospitality industry, the consistency of customers’ satisfaction maintains guests’ loyalty. Comparing with other hotels, Puli still stands out as a service oriented hotel. The amenities do look a bit tired and need to be taken care of or upgraded soon.

I have stayed in this hotel before when it was the Hilton. It was good then, and it is good even now. It used the home tennis stars during the Tennis Masters tournament in Shanghai. The location is the best part of this hotel. and easy access to Metro stations, the neighboring roads Julu Lu Changle Lu and Fumin Lu are buzzing with activity on weekend nights with their endless bars and restaurants! a great place to chill out, and I did just that. I got upgraded to a fantastic room with a view of Jingan Temple!

Stayed for 2 nights with wife. A small chic boutique hotel. Usually stay in big chain hotel but a change of scenery and experience is not a bad idea. The basic room was quite small but I would recommend the larger size room. The staff did great to accommodate all your needs. Simple breakfast which are included in the room rate. Overall the experience was great. The ambience and the surroundings are definitely an awesome IG spot. this is certainly an IG hotel. a 5 minute walk to metro and 10 minute walk to a major mall was a plus.

The building is very special, it’s obviously got character but well the inside is very dated, some of the fixtures are not very well detailed for example the shower has some screws coming off and well it’s an old building so it’s understandable, the breakfast was good so was the coffee but half of the staff was friendly and half was a bit careless. It was a good experience.

I have always liked this European-style palace style design. This time I went out to play with my friends and chose this villa hotel. The unique retro Shanghai old bungalows and European-style decoration design are very nice. In the rush room, I only had time to shoot downstairs in the living room. The piano was not a decoration. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and also helped with the luggage to the room. The breakfast served was varied, nutritious and delicious. I am very happy and like it very much and will stay here next time.

I used to stay in this hotel before is was updated. The hotel was fine then but the main draw for me was the location, Now, the location is still excellent but the refurbishing of the hotel has made for a really good stay. Excellent: comfort, swimming pool (indoor), professional staff. The location of course is great. Restaurants and bars are all around. Shopping mall is 5 minute walk. 3 metro (subway) lines are nearby (10 minutes) Lines 10, 1 and 13 in order of closest to the hotel.

Great location along Huaihai Road. Very close to IAPM and Metro line. Park a short walk away. Hotel feels a little old but staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel has a gym and restaurant but did not use either to comment on. Bed was comfortable!

Very satisfied, the room is clean and well equipped. The service provided by the front desk staff is attentive and considerate. Due to a trip in the morning on the check-out day, the front desk specially postponed the check-out time to 13:30. Thank you very much. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will choose this company hotel again. It has a super five-star rating!

Take your children to experience the old Shikumen The B&B is consistent with the pictures, and the decoration is very beautiful. The flowers are very fresh. The B&B is in a busy area, and there are many delicious takeaways around! ! ! The boss is very nice, he takes good care of everything and explains the precautions very carefully🤓 The only downside is that it’s a bit noisy upstairs, and it’s best to ask the aunt to mop the floor. Everything was perfect except, upon arrival to our room there was a notice on the table which said the swimming pool would be under maintenance the following day for one week. If you want a hotel with a swimming pool, always call the hotel first to confirm the pool is open since there will be no notice via the trip app before you book or after you book.

This was a great find. We stayed here with two adults and an 8 and 6 year old. Mostly we were impressed with the service and how quick the owner was to respond to our needs. We enjoyed the area and the 10 min walk to the subway passed a few good eateries though it was a little outside downtown. Warning! Don't try to take a cab during rush hour. Take the subway or walk it! Would definitely stay here again.
