對比了周邊猶豫後還是下單了這家，因為價格性價比實在能打，到達酒店後，才發現店家並不是“掛羊頭賣狗肉”，房間確實就在華潤置業的北塔上面，同樣的入住環境對比周邊的酒店，民宿，實在是物超所值，停車也十分方便，地庫目前是商場還沒開業停一天是20塊錢，不停地庫前台小哥也引導了我停在離酒店最近的免費停車場，點個贊！電梯也是可以直達房間，最最重要的是，前台居然是24H有人值班，一呼百應來形他們的處理客房問題速度，實在是太合適了，房間的洗漱用品都是標配免費可以使用，這個也是挺加分的，房間衞生中規中矩，乾淨，有需要打掃，收拾垃圾，保潔也是能夠第一時間到場，這個價格，能享受到這樣的入住環境，客房客服服務，值！！！這次入住很愉快，有機會來汕頭，我還會選他們家

首先，房間的衞生狀況是我有史以來，住的酒店公寓當中最差的一個，大夥，呆會請看我傳的酒店圖片，那個還是我們進去後打掃了的，被子被單根本就沒換過，第一個房上面的被子都是血漬，溝通了，店家極其不情願的給我們換第二個房，衞生一樣極其的有多噁心就有多噁心。再有前台服務員的態度真的超惡劣，各位如果不嫌心堵就去入住這公寓吧，一進門一股惡酸臭飄浮而來，真的那味道超噁心，油漆味、啥味都有，剛開始以為是第一間，個例，後面換了第二個還是那樣，立馬換酒店，從入住到換第二個房間不到2個小時，我立即果斷決定重新換到別的酒店，雖然入住了，公寓也退不了房，當時還下着大雨，但是我們的身體健康遠遠比這區區兩百多塊來得重要，我哪還敢呆在這房間，當時立馬就重新訂了酒店，這兩百來塊就當送你們了，這種環境的房間你弄給消費者住，你們心能安嗎？

酒店環境特別好，是新的，房間裏所有設施都是新的哦，空間比以前住過的酒店房間大很多，特別喜歡有沙發休閑區，很乾凈。他ps:還是第一次住有超大投影幕布的酒店房間，非常棒。

第一印象就是乾淨，漂亮，而且房間住起來特別安靜温馨，前台小哥也特別熱情，服務特別好，特別細心。床也十分舒適，整體設計感滿滿，出行吃飯也很方便，強力推薦。

價格實惠，環境好，配套齊全，物品都是一次性物品，乾淨衞生，房間是電子鎖，不用怕忘帶房卡，前台客服態度好，特別是長頭髮的小哥哥又帥又禮貌，詢問附近有什麼，去哪玩和去哪吃都很熱心腸跟我説

説説早餐吧
這邊人早上起來都晚，所以早餐店不是很好找
不過酒店樓下對面就有超市，沙縣小吃等等，大概6點就開了，對老年人🧓太友好了

房間空間還是可以的，比較大不會擁擠，有冰箱洗衣機。辦理入住已經是晚上十點多，進入房間發現沒有垃圾桶，就桌上扔兩個垃圾袋給客人用，淋浴間還有上一個客人用剩下的沐浴液，抽屜塞了其他客人的外賣用品就很無語了
