馬桶壞掉，浴巾烏漆麻黑，枕頭黃不拉幾，想着就住一晚也無所謂了，早上起來發現洗漱用品去年（2022年）就已經過期了！這是什麼酒店？？？0分都不過分！！🤬🤬🤬🤬

我住在九樓，沒有噪音，偶爾走廊有人説話可以聽到，房間可以開冷氣，設施都還不錯，全身鏡拍照很好看，唯一的缺點是馬桶蓋有點鬆動。

房間超級大很驚喜，作為美食之都必須得來一趟，附近交通也方便，離鬧市區步行就能到，印象最深刻的還是潮汕的生醃，很贊

體驗感實在太差了，強烈不推薦的酒店！！😡😡😡①房間沒有窗悶熱我理解，想開空調通風和製冷，竟然衹能開暖氣？？？😡27℃的室温又悶又熱還要開暖氣？然後忍不住叫前台拿個風扇來，這風扇好像塵封了5年一樣全是灰塵，擦一下再拿過來不行？😡😡😡
②另外廁所的門開了之後就衹要這麼小的一條縫隙。誰設計這麼“人性化”？
③衞生間的門是爛的。
④房間還有小蟑螂
⑤住了兩晚，第一天住完按了“立即清潔”的燈，壓根沒搞衞生。晚上打電話去前台叫拿兩條新浴巾，衹拿了一條給我。。。
⑥樓上樓下分別是麻將館和足浴店，然後旁邊是酒吧，boomboomboom的真的隔音很差。
整體感覺真的非常差！！！

服務：前台態度很差，毫無服務可言，全程坐着和客人對話，下午1:30都還沒有房間入住，一定要客人等到2點以後入住。
衞生：床品感覺都沒幹，枕頭上有很重的口水味，衹能翻到另一面睡。空調聲音巨大，晚上吵得睡不着。熱水器一會是熱水一會是冷水，無法調節，真的體驗感巨差

本來預訂的是雅緻大床，由於第一次到這個酒店住，所以來了後要求看房間，雖然輕奢的房間價格比雅緻大床的價格稍微高一點，但是真的看完房間後果斷選擇補價住高樓層的輕奢房間，房間是真的大，觀景也不錯，大大的落地窗，這景色真的是愛了，環境衞生都很不錯，服務也很周到，交通很便利。
