房間寬大，設施也夠用了 ，相對窗子比較老舊。邊上吃飯的地方要走出5、6百米的地方，就有很多早點和超市，比較方便。

打掃的很乾凈，床上用品也是每天都換，房間很大，採光也很好，白天睡覺也不覺得吵，前台也是24小時的，很滿意的一次服務。

衞生很差，有4、5隻小蟑螂。環境很老舊，那種非常老的接待所，沒有自己的停車場，車位還要自己去找自己付錢，空調很破舊，發出的聲音轟轟響！更糟糕的是安排的房間換了好幾次都是安排在離總髮電機很近的地方，吵死了，一晚上都轟隆轟隆響！沒法睡覺！隔音效果差勁！這是我截止目前住的最爛的一次酒店！差勁！

環境堪憂，大家自己看吧，安排到犄角旮旯。打開窗户是樓下火鍋店的排氣扇，還是走廊盡頭，沒有男生一起的話建議女生不要來住這裏，陰沉沉的，空氣也不好。

其它的不説吧，但是我不知道這家店老闆是怎麼想的，半夜坐電梯到三樓，電梯門一開，真的給嚇得起了一身雞皮疙瘩，空盪盪的大廳擺了一個這樣的東西，做為潮汕人一看，還以為是有白事，真的給嚇了一跳。難道弄點山水畫擺些花，會不好看嗎？那樣會讓整個大廳會有温暖的感覺

這是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。請相信我，去過你不是因為節假日來到汕頭這個地方沒地方住，千萬別來這個優米酒店，真的太垃圾了！！！三百多的價格真的太垃圾，簡直是50-60小旅社的環境。真的太噁心了，我説實話，如果我預訂之前知道是這樣的環境，倒給我200我都不住。真的太臟了太危險。房間簡直不能用“有黴味、濕氣重來形容”，真的是，我住進去就感覺這個房間半年來都沒人住過，簡直像荒廢的酒店。誰去誰後悔，好評都是假的！相信我！誰去誰後悔！

黑衣服工作服的前台態度極其惡劣，喝醉酒當晚很晚去開的房，一覺睡過頭睡到隔天午後，結果連個電話通知或者短訊通知都沒有，在我以為是能延遲我一天完全不知道得退房的時候，我下午太陽下山後沒那麼熱才下去退房，結果前台直接説你超時退房，我説你們沒通知，他説我們這都有規定的，超時怎麼怎麼的，無語的要死！活脱脱的黑店啊，我後來還是不同意，結果前台直接操作退房，然後自動在我原來攜程付款的賬户劃扣了接近又一天的房費過去！我打了攜程客服投訴，平台説商家拒絕退款！呵呵了！黑店黑店，我就説這麼一次，大家擦亮雙眼
