Outstanding
GGuest User1. Excellent location: 3 minutes walk from Utoro bus stop. Facing the sea
2. There is a 24-hour lounge in the lobby on the first floor, which provides snacks such as tiramisu, juice, drinks, tea, and various wines (red wine, whiskey, sake)
3. There is a children's playground, table tennis, and billiards on the first floor
4. In addition to Western breakfast, there is also Japanese breakfast, sparkling wine, and ice cream. Go early or arrive after 8:30, and you can sit by the sea and the window. But breakfast ends at 9:30
5. Hot spring: There is an outdoor area, where you can see the sea. But it is pitch black at night
The hotel is fine except that it is expensive. We paid more than 3,000 yuan for 3 people, and the child was charged one person
XXiliesidetiankongThe facilities are very complete, very close to the nature center, the environment is beautiful, and little foxes visit at night. It snowed heavily that day and the car got stuck in the snow. The hotel immediately sent a bulldozer to rescue us. The dinner is rich in style and tastes delicious. You can drink as much wine as you want. It's a paradise for alcoholics. ✌️
GGuest UserHotel with a view. We stayed in a traditional Japanese set up room. It is v spacious and comfortable. At night it turned into a futon bed. The facilities & hot spring onsen bath is amazing.
GGuest UserOriginally, I chose this hotel which is a bit far from Abashiri because I was driving by myself, but the photos showed that it was attractive. I don’t know if it was because of winter, but the estimated driving time on Google changed from 30-35 minutes when I booked the hotel to 45 minutes. Unfortunately, the actual time was different from the photos. Too big to be worth the 45-minute drive.
GGuest UserAbsolutely loved everything about this place! I stayed overnight with my friend and her family. Yuta (owner's son) and his mother went above and beyond to give us spectacular experience! Food was top quality, facility was extremely clean, Onsen water was so silky, delicious Gelato and good opportunity to try varieties of Japanese alcohol. This place made our visit to Hokkaido extra special. Thank you for taking good care of us and spending quality time with Matthew! He adores you!! ps. Ask Yuta to make Esther's secret menu: pistachio affragato 😀
LLeung Wing YanVery good hotel, unexpectedly there will be a bathhouse to take a bath
No wifi in the room, but can borrow the route at the front desk, it is free
The room is large and the dining is very good.
Some series of hotels in small towns are very good
GGuest UserPerfect location. It was a 5-min walk from the bus station and less than 10 min from Roadside rest area. Room was spacious and it faced to the sea. Enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the balcony . Delicious breakfast and dinner. Food of western and Japanese style was provided. Dining area was big.
Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English. Need to spend sometime to communicate and they tried their best to give help anyway. Better to use the Google translate in this case. Check-in time was 15;00. There is no receptionist before that. For guests arrived before 15:00 can leave luggage in the hotel but guests had to bear the responsibility.
GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay here, it is very clean and comfortable, we thank a lot the owners for telling us about the jumping salmons of Sakura falls, recommending us an izakaya and driving us there.
We were only a bit surprised that towels are not included but they can be rent for a cheap price so it's a good environmental friendly initiative.
Thanks a lot !
GGuest UserThis is a traditional and relaxing inn, and the hot springs are great too. Next time, I'd like to use Shiretoko Village as a base for my family. The cruise ship was canceled today, so I couldn't get on, but next time, I'll try again, and I'd like to stay here again.
The food was also good.
