GGuest UserThe room is very good. It is really nice to have a five-star hotel in such an inconvenient place. I booked a one-night stay and two-night stay, but it is not very convenient on the mountain. It can only be picked up by phone at the Utoro Bus Center. Because I stayed in the Chief the night before, I had to rush to the Shiretoko Center early in the morning. I didn't want to carry my luggage. I booked a hike in the afternoon. The driver would take me to Kiki. But the luggage couldn't walk, so I wanted to go to Kiki to store my luggage first. Time was a bit tight, so the lady boss of the Chief took me up. In addition to transportation, this hotel is good, with large rooms, free hot springs, and very few people. There are free popsicles and drinks at the door, and there is a forest-themed rest area in the lobby with free coffee, chocolate cookies and cheese. As for the meals, there are many dishes, but the variety is not rich. The taste is also average, but the milk and fruit are good~

WWKLee42Booked a twin beds room but the hotel gave a suite which was very spacious and also, had tatami to sleep 6 persons. The buffet meals are delicious for both dinner and breakfast. The room can view the Oranko Rock as well as the sunset.

GGuest UserThe location is on the mountain, and I couldn't contact the business. It was really hard to drag the luggage up the mountain. Other facilities such as free drinks, coffee, tea and instant noodles in the free activity area are highlights, and there are public bathrooms for hot springs. There is no supermarket around, so if you don't buy enough food at the foot of the mountain, you can only eat their instant noodles to fill your stomach.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located halfway up the mountain. It is a very quiet and large hotel. You can watch the sunset over the sea at night. It is more than 1 km away from the bus station, which takes about 20 minutes to walk. Eating is not very convenient. You can choose to buy hotel food or go down the mountain. The hotel has a specialty store. The hotel room is very large, with thick carpets that are very comfortable to step on. There is also a large hot spring pool, which is open for a long time, from 3 pm to 9 am the next day. If there are too many people and you are embarrassed to go, you can wait until midnight to go, haha. The hotel's yukata is also very nice, a sky blue one with a short coat on the outside. Then there is a bus pick-up point to Memanbetsu Airport at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient.

OOnigiriHotel has ample parking and overlooks the sea. Very scenic view with telescopes and binoculars at the kitchen deck. Only gripe is that there are no lifts, but the owner kindly offers to help with luggage if needed.

HHo SumAlthough somebody may prefer higher-order accommodation, this hotel is very very great for me and my family.
Located just in front of JR Shiretoko Shari Station, it can be very convenient for me and my family to catch a train to somewhere else.
The other excellence of the hotel is that there is a convenience store just across the zebra line.
The hotel staff, from front desk receptionist to housekeepers, they all tried their best to answer my questions and make up my room.
The price of the hotel is quite reasonable. I stayed there for consecutively 8 nights, I found that the price if very very reasonable.

BBon AppetitTake the Shiretoko Line from JR Shiretoko Shari Station to Michi-no-Eki Utaro (the bus has the Chinese station name displayed), and walk about 350 meters to the hotel.
The hotel lobby is bright and atmospheric, and the front desk service is warm. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, and all the facilities in the room are well maintained. We booked a sea view room, and each room has a balcony. The room bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the bathroom is large and comfortable. In addition, the hotel has hot springs, so you need to pay an additional 150 yen hot spring tax per person, which will be paid at the front desk when you check out.
The hotel breakfast ends at 8:30, and the waiter will come to remind you around 8:20, and then they start to clean up the food on the self-service table at 8:30. The Japanese are really punctual.
We participated in the drift ice walk at 6:30 in the morning. When the travel agency sent us back to the hotel, it was already 8 o'clock. Everyone was starving, so a group of people rushed to the hotel to have breakfast... We saw the Japanese at the next table taking the small hot pot on the self-service table to cook beef, so we also cooked it. I still remember the surprise when the beef was put into my mouth! It was fragrant and tender. If it weren't for the lack of time 😂 we would definitely show off a lot~

GGuest User酋長之家是我沒訂到那天kiki的候選，卻意外再次體驗了一次當地人生活，17年去富良野那裡體驗過一次，要自己鋪床，這次倒是不用，可是我媽不喜歡，因為房間沒廁所，要去外面上以及沒有空調，洗手枱放的水是銹的，我倒是對於民宿沒那麼多講究，因為它便宜，被子厚沒空調也不冷，我訂的四人房，實在不夠再蓋一層，最大的問題是水，找前台的一個長者家，帶我去了另外一個洗手枱還是不行，我也懶得搞了，直接自動販賣機裏買了3大瓶水，夠用了。它家的餐食很有當地特色，也很好吃。雖然硬件施捨不行，但是老闆和老闆娘真的是好人，我第二天去kiki不太方便，老闆娘看我困難，開車送我上去，真的是大好人，解我燃眉之急。
