This is an established five-star hotel with a grand presence. It's conveniently located very close to Shenyang Station and Taiyuan Street, making it easy to get to the Palace Museum, Middle Street, and Xita. The front desk service is excellent and very accommodating.

Came to Shenyang for a trip during the Chinese New Year holiday, and the service quality didn't drop because of it. The breakfast had a great variety, and the room was cleaned promptly.

Great! Facilities: It's very close to the high-speed rail station, and the subway is also very convenient, about a 3-minute walk away. It's also easy to get to Zhongjie, and nearby there's Taiyuan Pedestrian Street with lots of food options.

Outstanding hotel for the price ! Really great stay there, it’s really chill, big and clean. The service is very nice, staff is friendly and we can see in the details they put a lot of efforts to please the client. For example the changing room for the swimming pool has a wide locker with already a towel and slippers waiting for you inside. The gym has lemon tea and water fountain available at several area. The swimming pool is great, there is also a sauna. And special mention for the gym that is outstanding ! It basically has the same equipments as a small professional gym ! If you are like me and you don’t want to compromise to much on your gym plan during the vacations, this hotel is perfect ! I will upload many photos of it so you can check by yourself all that is available gym friends !

The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, including an old-school bathhouse. We booked a deluxe twin room, which was quite spacious, though the facilities were a bit dated. Overall, it was a good stay.

This was my first visit to Shenyang, here on a business trip with a client for a meeting. First off, the location is superb – it's very close to Shenyang Railway Station and not far from Zhongjie and other popular attractions. Breakfast was also quite good, with a relatively wide variety. It might have been due to a large conference, but the dining area was incredibly crowded. Although the hotel feels a bit dated, it's well-maintained and still very practical. The value for money is absolutely outstanding.

Service: Excellent service! 👍 We arrived early, unsure if a room would be available, but the front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and promptly checked us in. I accidentally stained the bedsheets, and they were very quick to replace them for us. The desk lamp was flickering; I was going to ask for an extra lamp, but to my surprise, they came very quickly and fixed it. Will definitely book again! 👍 Facilities: The room had excellent soundproofing. 👍 Food: The restaurant food was delicious. The seasoning was more refined than what you typically find at ordinary Northeastern Chinese restaurants outside; the quality was very high. 👍

We stayed with our child, and the location was convenient. The service was excellent, truly reflecting 5-star hotel standards: they contacted us before check-in, inquired about our needs, prepared the room in advance, and arranged children's amenities. The room was spotlessly clean. It's truly rare to find a hotel that maintains genuine 5-star cleaning standards, especially when many other star-rated hotels are cutting corners to save on housekeeping costs. The bedding quality was excellent, with all pillows being down — no synthetic or memory foam options in sight. A swimming pool was available. The only drawback was noise from the elevator shafts. With six elevators operating simultaneously, the noise was significant on higher floors, disrupting sleep. We even had to change rooms in the middle of the night, but we could still hear the sound. This hotel is not suitable for light sleepers. It was apparent that the staff were very accustomed to handling noise complaints, suggesting they are quite frequent. Additionally, breakfast was expensive and not included in the room rate, which was a minor drawback.

The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Shenyang Railway Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Our room was quite spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. Reaching nearby attractions such as the Imperial Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion by taxi takes approximately 15 minutes, which is very accessible. However, because the hotel is in Shenyang's old town, the area around for vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups can be quite crowded, and this might be something to consider improving.

The room was clean but a bit on the small side, and the facilities felt a little dated. However, the bed was super comfortable with a down duvet and pillows, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The service was also very good. The swimming pool was excellent, and what's great is that it wasn't crowded. They also have a hot spring soaking pool and a sauna. Breakfast was just okay – I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it. The real standout is the fantastic location and great value for money. It's very close to Taiyuan Street subway station, making it quick to get anywhere, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants conveniently nearby. All in all, it's a decent choice.

A definite 5-star recommendation! The hotel's location is superb, just a stone's throw from Taiyuan Street and a short walk from the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. All your dining and shopping needs are easily met nearby. The hotel service truly deserves full praise. A big thank you to the staff working on the afternoon of August 16th, especially a lady at the front desk – my apologies for not remembering your name. The hotel breakfast offers an incredibly rich and varied spread, with authentic flavors that are both visually appealing and delicious. The gym is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The room facilities are luxurious. Although they show slight signs of age, this in no way diminishes their luxury or functionality. However, I would suggest the hotel implements a more thorough and regular cleaning schedule for some of the sofa upholstery. Additionally, the room layout could be further optimized. For example, regarding bed placement in family suites: while I understand the current design philosophy, I recommend reconfiguring some rooms to place both the large and small beds in the bedroom, thereby restoring the living room function. Furthermore, the food and service at the Tang Palace restaurant on the 6th floor are also excellent. Beyond a 5-star recommendation – this is my top choice when visiting Shenyang!

For our family trip, the room layout was absolutely perfect and satisfied everyone. It featured two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room, offering excellent privacy and quietness. On the 8th floor, there's a swimming pool with an adjacent hot spring bath, and gym access is complimentary. The changing rooms even boast a small steam room. Breakfast offered a rich variety, the hotel felt grand and luxurious, and it was very easy to locate. As we were only transiting, we had just one hurried day there. Our entire family unanimously agreed it wasn't nearly enough time – definitely not enough! Next time we visit Shenyang, we will absolutely stay at the Beiyueke Hotel.

Excellent hotel with nice location, service and child play area facilities. Recommended for family stay. Check out time especially worth mentioning, more convenient for catching flights or trains in the evening. Breakfast variety was too good and delicious too
