The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Even thought I only stayed there for a night as I was transiting through Shenzhen, I do not think I ever stayed at a hotel that unkept and unclean. Let’s just say, this place leaves a lot to be desired.

Friendly staff (yan yang) at the check in counter. Clean place and comfortable environment. Rooms were huge and clean. They given us early check in despite their check in time is at 2pm. Facilities were wonderful and complete.

1. Very limited English speaking front desk persons. 2. Internet Movies / shows are not playing even though the TV is connected with LAN. 3. Food delivery was held at reception until I called the front desk to send the food to the room by the robot.

A little bit old hotel but it's bug and clean. It's not bad to check in here ad there's also a pot of nearby restos.

The room was very spacious, front desk support was okay. However the corridor and room was smelly of cigarette smokes. Also, the closest metro was 1.5KM away which made it hard to commute.

I was upgraded to a penthouse suite which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is older so it seemed a bit run down but it was not disgusting by any means, just old and a bit outdated. The location is not as close to the train station as I had thought but it was still fine. It takes about 10-12 minutes in a taxi to get the the train station.

overall not bad. everything was okay. a distance away from railway station..walk might need 10-15mins.
