Junyi Hotel Shenzhen Dongmen Pedesteian Street store Reviews

We took our two children to Dongmen for a summer vacation. The location was easy to find: just exit Laojie Station, turn right at Exit C, and you'll find Dongmending Food Street right in front. We booked a room on the 18th floor. It didn't seem very crowded. On our way back to our room, we saw most of the rooms were already open (so don't always trust the last room ads, haha). We also took a peek at the other rooms, which were quite clean and similar in layout. Our bed was large, with a perfect firmness. There was WiFi (different in the room than in the lobby), air conditioning, a TV (most channels are paywalled), a table and chairs, a shower, a toilet, a sink, hangers, toiletries, and two towels each. There was no refrigerator, no wardrobe, and no charger or cable (please bring your own). For just over 200 yuan a night, it felt fine. It's not a luxury hotel, so don't expect too much, but my room was fine. The receptionist said all guests checking in need to register, and children also need to provide ID, which was strange! You also need to bring a 100 yuan deposit when checking in, which can be retrieved when checking out. The front desk staff were very friendly and asked us to give them a 5-star rating before checking out. They knew I couldn't speak Mandarin, but they could speak English (boss, remember to give them a raise! Haha)
