Rooms are clean as usual. The hotel is conveniently located if you are looking for a place near metro. It is in the neighbourhood of software city. It is right opposite the Computing Faculty of Shenzhen University. A quiet area with a relaxing vibe for city dwellers.

A grand-feeling hotel at a reasonable price. Room was spacious and, while not the closest to dining and shopping destinations, still easily accessible by metro or taxi. A hotel like this in Hong Kong would cost triple the price, so it's a good deal for a Shenzhen weekend.

im the family from HK. even the price is not cheap, but reasonable. very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful. the room is very clean with everything good support. the room is clean, no odd smell, everything is tidy even the floor is very very clean. the swimming pool is the very icon of this hotel. Loving it. you must come and swim, the view is great and the water is very clean. very recommended super five stars hotel. thanks Hotel giving me a memorable experience, hope will come again.

Give me a free upgrade because i had another booking of a bigger size. Front desk responsive to request, especially on wechat. They even accommodated to change the room immediately when I felt there was a cigarette smell in room.

This hotel has excellent service and the rooms are modern and staff is very friendly. The breakfast covers all cuisines. I wish it was closer to the subway. They are building a subway station next to the hotel

The room has no window, although it was stated in the website which I did overlook. I have never been to a hotel without a window. The feeling is terrible dark especially when in the morning you had to refresh after sleep. I suggested that the advertisement on the website should have the provision “no Window” highlighted and for customers reference and attention. Besides the toilet shower is badly designed which the opening of the glass door inward to the side of the shower head will bump into the shower head. The shower head also split water out on side causing all the stuff you put outside on the wash basin wet. Terrible. Although the staff there are very nice and helpful, but the hotel room is really not fit if you are expecting a good journey experience, the price is not really so cheap to let the customer have such low standard of room.

The hotel is very clean, there is no odor, parking is convenient, the lighting is comfortable, the shower experience is also very good, and you can see the beautiful scenery from the room xx. It is a very good stay experience.

The reom size is acceptable, but the bed layout make it hard to move the luggage. Toilet and show is sepretate and the bath tub room is assigned near the elevator. Only only elevator in the hotel and take some times to wait. The hotel entrance is just by the street at upper level, where we miss and enter the restaurant which no light which is at the basement. There are pop up shop and restaurants in the close by area and very convenient to explore the surround area.

The room is very big. I booked a double bed, which is very big. And there is free parking, which is super convenient! 😆😆😆The front desk service is very good, answering questions very carefully, people are also super patient, and recommend fun places in Shenzhen to us💕💕💕😍
