The hotel lobby staffs were great. Always happy and willing to assist on several of my request. Hotel cleanliness was fine except on one day whereby there were some hotel guests secretly smoking inside the room and after checkout the staff have to clean and air the room. Unfortunately, the smoke smell had spread to my room which causes some uneasiness to my family. I think they should install smoke detector inside the room to immediately warn the hotel staffs once someone smokes inside the room.

I especially want to say that some episodes in the room just arrived: I wanted to turn on the air conditioner but couldn't turn it on. The remote control switch of the air conditioner did not respond. So I asked the front desk on WeChat , who knows that the front desk replied that the air conditioner in the living room is being deployed, and it can't be turned on for the time being. We opened the air conditioner in the room. But we try to open the air conditioner in the room. Since the air conditioner is being deployed,  should explain  on the website before the guest makes a reservation, not after the guest finds the problem.  After communicating with the front desk, ask us to change rooms. When we were about to go to the front desk to negotiate, an aunt came to knock on the door and successfully helped us turn on the air conditioner. I found that the air conditioner here is a bit tricky.  You have to press the switch and temperature buttons at the same time to turn on. Finally, the air conditioner problem was solved, so I didn't go to change rooms. In terms of facilities, there is too little space in the toilet and bathroom, and there is too little water pressure, the flow speed is very slow, and the shower is very inconvenient; the TV can only watch the set-top box, and try to search the station to watch other TVs, but it is only one night, so I have to just have a moment.

The gentleman at the counter was polite. We went to the second room by mistake. Check in, they will immediately call a car to take our group of people to the correct location to check in, and also give us frozen milk tea to quench our thirst, but we are a little bit dissatisfied that they did not write down the order to go to Bianli Building to check in first. We had no choice but to try our luck and choose 1. Seeing their contingency measures, I guess we were not the first ones to find the wrong place. The rooms are clean. Each room comes with 4 bottles of water, 1 bottle of milk and 1 can of drinks. There are also candies on the coffee table. The children are very happy to see them. Each room has a washing machine. You can wash dirty clothes immediately after playing for a day. I However, the shortcoming is that I guess the 2-bed room has been rented by long-term renters. It is slightly moldy on the wall, but we accepted it because we stayed for one night. The water in the shower room is OK, but the water power is a bit insufficient, such as A bigger one is better, and the 1-bed room is relatively newly decorated, and there is no mold at all. However, the water in the shower is a bit slow. I am worried about water leakage when taking a shower and do not dare to leave it for too long. You don’t need to buy breakfast. It’s relatively simple. ¥75 is not worth it.

Excellent hotel by any standard. Hotels in China can vary in quality, but this hotel is as good as any I've stayed in anywhere, for business. I had the superior double bed room and it was quite roomy, well appointed, and comfortable. Rooms was well insulated and quiet. The breakfast is fantastic, buffet with a range of freshly cooked Chinese options, including dim sum, as well as cereals (though, bear in mind, the milk will be long-life / UHT - fresh milk is almost impossible to find in China), along with fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, etc. The wifi in the room is fast. The staff were friendly and helpful - many thanks to Micheal! The location is good for Cloud Park and businesses nearby, and the #10 Metro line is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The hotel has a good laundry room, very useful for longer stays. Have no problems recommending this hotel to anyone - excellent standard! - and would stay again if visiting Shenzhen!
