Rooms and hallways are dirty, like month of dirt. This hotel needs a deep cleaning. There are cobwebs and dirty in all the corners and around all the edges. My room had food around the edges of the bed. My room was a fast rush cleaning job. One of the bed was never changed from the last person it was not clean, it was dirty.
We went to use the pool and it was temporary closed for the weekend. Because we where a sporting event they closed the pool.
The front desked lied and said the ceiling was caving in we looked at it. It was not caving in. It was perfectly fine. This information should have been told up front when we booked the hotel and when we checked it.
The breakfast was the best part.
This hotel has alot of cleaning to be done before we will ever stay again. And they need to be honest.

One of the cleanest places I’ve been to! We couldn’t participate in breakfast but the setup looked amazing and the coffee was fantastic! The front desk clerk seemed to not know what to do with an ******* customer though.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable but the toiletries provided were low quality and skimpy. Cutbacks from how Holiday Inn Express used to be were obvious. I've stayed at many as they are my first choice because I can count on a clean room and breakfast, but I was disappointed in how less and less is provided for their guests but the price keeps going up. The people working there were gracious, however, so we had a pleasant stay anyway.

Got the wrong room. Hot tub way to much chlorine. Boxelder bug coming in through window. I will never stay here again or recommend this place

Check in was good. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom needed some work. Ceiling in bathroom was falling down and gaskets in shower and sink need to be replaced. Found a open bottle of pop in the room from someone.

Very rude when it came to my sons service dog. Pool was dirty with exposed wires in the ceiling. Room was clean
