Near China town, good restaurants surrounding, easy to find local eateries stalls. Shops and malls nearby. Easy to go to different places. The swimming pool is surely a plus.

The location of this hotel is excellent! It is only few minutes away from different MRT lines station. It is also few minutes away from Chinatown, a lot of restaurants and shops around the area. The only down side is the room relatively small, especially the bathroom. If their bathroom can be bigger, it would be prefect.

Good location,accessible to many eatery places. Near to Pagoda street. Near to train stations. Only shortcoming is the shower water pressure.

Tiny room and bathroom. The shower was broken and the we kept bumping on the wall and glass door in the bathroom since it was too small. We stay as a family of 3 so we booked a room with 1 big and 1 single bed, the beds are smaller than standard. Hardly walk in the room with our suitcases. We need to place the suitcase on the desk in order to open it since there is no space on the ground. Recommend if you are a single traveller but not for families, especially with kids.

Facility: Room is not big, but it's enough for 4 members to my family. Service: Excellent and provide us a good journey F&B: Very good taste and my family loves it very much.

They are very thoughtful to their clients. I didn't expect that they prepared something for me since it was my birthday during my check in. I am so blessed and happy of their kindness. I room was clean and comfortable and it was near from mrt stations. Surely I will book again when I return to Singapore.

The hotel was clean and well-presented, with ample parking. However, the room was quite small and felt a bit cramped for two people.

Overall, it's okay, pretty standard. The location in Chinatown is good; you can walk to famous nearby restaurants and the MRT. However, it's worth noting that "walking" means at least 300-500 meters, as the hotel isn't directly next to other attractions. This might be a bit much for elderly guests. Cleanliness is just acceptable. There was dust on the floor and under the bed, suggesting that daily service only involved changing towels, and the dust wasn't actually removed. Regarding the view, the photo shows a great view from the hotel window through a large pane of glass. Even though the room doesn't have a balcony, it didn't feel cramped (though the room itself is actually small).

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we truly appreciated how well-maintained everything was. Special thanks to the front desk team, who were always warm, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. The staff at Klara Bar were also exceptional friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome every time we stopped by. A big shoutout to the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room every day with such care everything was always spotless and beautifully arranged. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Singapore! 🇸🇬✨

Very convenient location. Near China Town and Maxwell. Love the linkage way from MRT Station

The hotel is located near chinatown and we can easily walk there. It’s quite clean and new ! Just that the room is a bit small and the bed is like a super single bed. The view is superb ! Clean and comfortable :)

We stayed in a Classic Double room. It was rather a small room - the smallest I’ve ever been in. Nonetheless, the staff were nice and responsive. The location is supreme, within 5-minute walks to two MRT stations - Telok Ayer through an under ground connection if you’re heliophobic, and Chinatown.

Our hotel could not have been better located , having the MRT station directly underneath saved us time and energy whilst also providing respite from the heat . Absolutely the best way to get around Singapore , the MRT stations provide close access to all attractions . Chinatown and the markets were virtually across the road and an amazing mall of both alfresco and indoor dining restaurants and bars just one street away . Mercure Icon hotel staff were polite and helpful , rooms were very clean and in great condition although a bit small ( but who spends a lot of time in a room eh ) we would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Singapore .
