The best hotel in Singapore, very similar to a luxury hotel in Thailand, very suitable for vacation. The facilities are first-class, the waiters are far more than the guests, the attitude is good, and the indoor air conditioning is sufficient everywhere. There is no subway transportation around, you need to take a taxi to go. Breakfast is ordered, which is a bit inconvenient, and there are not many varieties. I hope to launch a buffet breakfast. The overall ecology is very good, peacocks can be seen everywhere, and the ants are amazingly large! The room structure is not very scientific. The hall and the room are separated into two modules. From the room to the hall, you need to open the heavy door and cross from the outside. It is very troublesome on a hot day. Moreover, the hall does not have a bathroom. Washing hands and so on, you have to cross from the outside to the room. It is best not to trust the butler service. The WeChat you sent to the butler will not reply to you for several hours. It is better to call the front desk, which will respond faster. If you bring a baby, be prepared to soak in your own swimming pool every day.

The staffs need re training on how to talk to guest. Went to reception staff Don to ask for late check out. He mentioned 'if you can speak to the next guest on why their room is late, I let you have late check out' is this how a 5 star resort staff speaks to guest? The front desk overall, including the concierge have no smiles on their faces. Breakfast was good, staffs at f&b were friendly and accommodating.

Good venue for a brief staycation of 3D 2N. Two of the staff deserve mention, Romi from reception desk (personable & helpful with good recommendations). Seamless check-in & out slightly better than Jen Hotel. JoJo from housekeeping (meticulous in cleanliness with a great smile to brighten our days). We will recommend the hotel to our relatives and friends.

great location. close to the beach and has free shuttle going to monorail if exploring universal studios or vivo city. decent breakfast buffet options and nice staff. rooms are bit old w small bathroom but clean. hope tv can be newer. low pressure in shower water. overall good experience. will book again.

Awesome hotel for families with kids! Big room, big swimming pool. There are many activities and free snacks during designated timings. The kids had so much fun at this hotel and they rated it the best one out of all the others that they have been to.

Reception staff Hui Hui was super helpful and went the extra mile to keep an eye out for the crowd situation at Ora Lounge for us as we didn’t feel comfortable to dine there with the rowdy crowd. Once the crowd subsided, she called our room to inform us of the update situation which we are super grateful for! If without her protectiveness, we would have opted to order food delivery, which would have taken a long time to get to us! If there can be stronger control over the priority seating for paying customers at Ora Lounge, that’d be greatly appreciated! More effort can be put into ensuring patrons have a nice breakfast at the outdoor seats without having the need to constantly look out for the birds that’ll target unattended food. Toiletries and complimentary mini bar items were definitely pleasant surprises for us! 😀😀

Room: I booked a family room and requested for a high floor room in advance, however was given a lowest floor room instead. The view from the room was completely blocked by the opposite side rooms. The room is very small, there is no sofa or table inside the room. Food: Breakfast is overly expensive with limited food choices. There is no staff help to assign the table, you have to find table yourself or join other guests. Children aged 13 years and above, will be charged for adult price. The only highlight for the stay is the swimming pools. There are 3 types of pools catered for different age of children. My kids love the pool so much.

We had a fantastic experience with Equarius for birthday celebration! The thoughtful birthday setup and gift in the room were truly appreciated. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with great amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly, which made our stay even better. I will definitely return to Equarius. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable!

This was an amazing getaway from the city life! Booked the junior suite and the view outside the room was simply breathtaking. The suite was situated in the midst of verdant lush greenery and there was a beautiful swimming pool next to the room. The room was huge and clean. It was in good condition except the bathtub's control to drain the water was faulty. Had to manually uncap the drain stopper to drain out the water but it was not a big issue. The breakfast buffet spread was sufficient and had a good variety of cold and hot food items, from fruits to pastries to nasi lemak and noodles. The quality of the food was good too. All in all, this was an amazing stay and would come back again if a respite from the city life is needed!

All Staffs are super nice and helpful. Especially Firdaus, Cheryn and Jay! However I have made a complaint to Darren about the bathroom and it was quickly addressed. So thank you Darren! Overall experience I really enjoyed my stay and will be back with my daughter. Btw it is very convenient to get around the island with free shuttle and monorail.
