Mercure Hotels in Singapore

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Mercure Bugis. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the service from the staff is friendly and attentive throughout my stay. One minor issue was that the water flow in the bathroom was a bit slow, which could be improved for better comfort. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded my expectations. I would definitely consider staying here again for the convenience and overall good experience.

Everything was great staying at Mercure Singapore Tyrhwitt! The staff were friendly and location was good. We wanted a balcony so this was one of the hotels in Singapore that has a nice one at that! Although the view was nothing much, me and a partner didn’t mind it. We had some issues with the SmartTV and the staff helped us a few times, which was helpful and gave us an option the switch rooms! But we decided to just stay in as we were too comfortable already. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality

It has been a very pleasant staycation for me & my sister. We enjoyed the clean amenities, nice ambience & love the surrounding pine trees & swimming pool!  Will come back again to Mercure or Novotel at Steven!

Overall, it's okay, pretty standard. The location in Chinatown is good; you can walk to famous nearby restaurants and the MRT. However, it's worth noting that ”walking” means at least 300-500 meters, as the hotel isn't directly next to other attractions. This might be a bit much for elderly guests. Cleanliness is just acceptable. There was dust on the floor and under the bed, suggesting that daily service only involved changing towels, and the dust wasn't actually removed. Regarding the view, the photo shows a great view from the hotel window through a large pane of glass. Even though the room doesn't have a balcony, it didn't feel cramped (though the room itself is actually small).
