XXIAO LAO TOUFirst time staying in Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Despite being smack in midst of town, the indoor car park was ample (unlike many other hotels that don’t provide private car parks) so this was a welcome facility we like because of our large vehicle. But driving around congested Penang is stressful, so we used Grab e-hailing to move around. Room was large, clean, facilities well placed, AC strong and the hotel staff were very obliging and responsive. Even the car park security guard was very helpful to guide us. Check in was efficient. There are many tourists staying here, but the lobby/main entrance was huge, and everything was well organized, so guests looked happy. Hotel is located in New Lane, which is just next to the Lorong Baru hawker stalls. We were on a foodie trip, so having quick easy access to food early in the morning till late night was so convenient. The famous Charcoal seafood CKT is right here; don’t miss this! There is a convenience store just around the corner so you could buy sundry items if you missed anything. Happy with this hotel and would come back again. We just booked another trip for October and Trip.com gave the lowest rate again. Highly recommended.
BBearyHKMy partner had been wanting to try this hotel so I decided to book for his birthday celebration . However was kinda disappointed with the service at the front desk. Reached there at 2 plus but the room wasn’t ready yet and they will informed us once the room is ready. However at 3pm there is still no updates and we have to check with the staff again. The room was ready but nobody informed us. As we booked with club access, I would thought that the staff will offer to let us wait at the lounge since there is afternoon tea from 2-4pm. ( I have went to a few hotels with club lounge access and they brought us to the lounge to have some refreshment while waiting for the check in) Conrad might need to improve on the services provided by the front desk. However the services from the club lounge were good, which saved the day :) The food selections were good and there were some selections for the cocktail. Breakfast were also very good. Will still give it another try when the price is right.
AAnonymous UserSecond visit. Got a complimentary upgrade to club lounge access. Service at the Club Lounge was exquisite with smiles. Thankful for the upgrade but the cuisine was not suited for the palette of the traditiomal elderly. Room was clean and view was fantastic at level 32. The bathtub is always
TV was an issue on the second day that kept restarting and could not be used for the entire second day, even after technical assistance.
Overall still a great experience and would visit again!
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and while the view from my room was beautiful, I was quite disappointed with the service, particularly at the executive lounge. The breakfast selection was very limited, and no staff approached to ask if I wanted any drinks, which felt unusual for a lounge of this level. Afternoon tea was similarly underwhelming; the snacks were dry, and the variety of food was minimal. Given the price I paid, I expected much better service and quality, especially in the lounge. This experience didn’t quite match the hotel’s reputation or cost, which was disappointing.
BBearyHKA great hotel with a good location ( near tanjong pagar mrt) with lots of eateries around. My partner and I stayed in a club room for 1 night. The room looks clean and new. The club lounge was very cozy and comfortable. Very good vibes for chilling there. It comes with small bites like sandwiches/croissant in the afternoon, whole day cookies ,biscuits , chips and juices available. However, we were quite disappoint with the evening cocktails. Saw many good reviews about their club lounge but I guess we came at the wrong timing as I heard from the manager that this weeks’s booking for club were less than 5 ppl hence it will only served Ala Carte items like spring roll and yakitori just that it’s unlimited serving. Kinda wasted as I was still looking forward to their seafoods ( based on those reviews) nevertheless, we were well served by Jasper and Rayyis. Even though we were the only guest at the lounge, they are always ready to refill our drinks for us. They were very friendly too 👍🏻hopefully next time will get to try their full menu.
YynovianaI sstayed at the Shangrila rasa sentosa in Singapore for one nights in May 2025. The location was excellent, near major attractions, and the staff was welcoming. My room was clean. There are a lot of kids activities. Hotel staff did prepare birthday snack for my husband. Overall, a great stay for family travelers., will be back 😉
FFionaService was excellent and staff were all very friendly. It was my son's birthday and the hotel actually presented us with a whole birthday cake in the room, and another small 1 from the restaurant staff by the pool with mocktails! Needless to say, the location is great too.
EEmma S.Good hotel with very good location with reasonable price, the hotel is only 1km to Vivo city which is very convenient for me who have a semi nar at Sentosa for 5 days. The bus stop is just right at the front of the hotl, I usually take the bus in the morning as I don't want to sweat and either walk or take a bus to the hotel at the evening. The staff is very helpfull and fiendly.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located nearby lavender mrt (green line, about 500m or 5-8 mins walking distance). A lot foreigner guests but the check in process is smooth and quite fast. Room is quite small but just fit for couple stay. Toilet has bidet upon request. Breakfast choices variety and fairly served, suits for quick breakkie. They do provide self service ironing service at laundry area. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay.
FFhriaI wanted to share my recent experience from my four-day vacation in Singapore. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing trip.
However, I did have some issues with my accommodation. The first room I was assigned was below my expectations, so I requested a change. Thankfully, the staff was accommodating, and I was able to upgrade my room, which improved my stay.
On the downside, I found the amenities to be lacking, but I understand that not every place can have everything. Additionally, when I needed assistance booking a taxi to the airport during my departure, it took quite a while for the staff to respond, as they weren’t always available.
In summary, while Singapore was a lovely place to unwind, I felt it was more suited for simply resting rather than offering any exceptional experiences.
