Best Singapore Spa Hotels

Check in was a little slow because you’re unable to use the self check in kiosk but besides that, quite clean! Pool was fun as well. Just wish they provided more tissues and also that the housekeeping was quicker because I turned the button on for few hours and when I came back from the hotel, the was still unkept. No trashcans around the hotel to throw out daily garbage so please take note as room for inprovement. Overall, comfy stay and thank you for service.

I want to sincerely thank Ping Ping at Marina Bay Sands for making our anniversary truly special. Her warm and attentive service during check-in set the tone for a memorable stay. She went above and beyond by providing detailed directions to Chijmes and other attractions, which made our experience even better. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our anniversary without any worries. Ping Ping’s exceptional service is a big reason why our stay was so wonderful!

2nd time staying with Park Royal on Beach Road. Requested for decoration as my fiancé’s birthday is coming up. They have kindly decorated the room with balloon, even giving us a tasty brownie. -1 for cleanliness as I saw a bottle cap on the floor from the previous customer. Service was tip top as usual. Would definitely come back again!

Had a great short staycation at this hotel! It is beside Tanglin Mall and Orchard Boulevard MRT Station so transport is a breeze. Room size was cozy but ample room to move around. Air-conditioning was good. Bidet was available in the bathroom which was a thumbs up for us. Breakfast had a good variety and the food was delicious! Shout out to the chef at the noodles section who greeted guests cheerfully as we took our food from the buffet. The staff in the hotel were friendly and amicable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and could come back again next time!

The receptionist made me uncomfortable when I checked in at the Hotel. He asked me whether I wanted to add on pay for breakfast. I said I had booked including breakfast. Then He repeatedly looked at his monitor and told me that the hotel room I had booked did not include breakfast. I told him again that I was sure I had booked including breakfast for two person. I often asked him if he was sure, and he kept answered, ”Yes, it is without breakfast. He did seriously looking into the monitor” Since I believed I was booking with breakfast, I took out my phone from my bag then I checked my reservation. I showed him my booking details from my phone. Surprisingly, he only need few seconds to checked my phone like short glitch from far away, then he looked back at his monitor. But this time, he said, “Oh yes, with breakfast,” without bothering to say the simple word of “sorry” to fix the inconvenience situation from previous wrong information that he had told me so many times at front of reception counter. Does he do the same thing with other guests? from other countries? Or he feel okay doing that if the guests are Singapore-local? Then what if the guest only follows what he said by paying for breakfast even though guest have booked the room with breakfast included? Hopefully, that is not a breakfast scam. I believe the ParkRoyal Hotel system perfectly fine and impossible showing the invalid reservation details information on their receptionist computer staff. ParkRoyal Collection group hotel staff can provide much better service than that The receptionist's name is Zach.

Is a birthday celebration for my little boy and Pan Pacific have made the effort to decorate the room with balloons and also gifted him a birthday cake. Very thankful towards the nice gesture. The kids enjoyed the pool and the free popcorn and candy floss. The staff are very nice and helpful too. One downside is the toilet and the furnishings looks old and rundown. The rest are all good.

Very nice hotel with excellent services! Hotel and room are big..Staff services very good and they will fulfill the request you need (reasonable) compare to other hotel this really feel very enjoy and peaceful while staying here..I will be back! I am impressed with Far East's business plan to brand Oasia Sentosa resort as a place for people to refresh, restore and relax. Guests can join the programmes at the resort such as aqua zumba, morning qigong, evening yoga and workshops. The hotel lobby has a nice scent and the signature massage at Oasia Spa make my tensed muscle relax. The close proximity to Palawan beach and Imbiah Station makes it convenient to explore the island. I would come back for another spa & stay.

Comfortable stay that's value for money! Hotel is centrally located and near to various attractions. While food options provided during high tea / evening canapé/ breakfast was limited, the quality was good! Service staff are attentive and polite. Overall, we enjoyed the staycation a lot!
