The location of the homestay is excellent, quiet in the middle of the street and close to Ming and Qing Street. Although it is a remodeled old house, it should be fully equipped. It’s a pretty good hotel by the river in Songyang County. I don’t know why there is a bad evaluation. Apart from no windows, the location and environment are very good. It is within walking distance to the old street. There is no special parking lot but you can park on the side of the road. The decoration is elegant and tasteful, and the windows are also very comfortable

The B&B is within walking distance of Songyang Old Street, the door environment is good, there are bridges and rivers, full self-service B&B, from check-in to check-out, I have not seen the boss, the room and the picture are the same, there is no water supply in the room, and it is generally good.

The hotel environment is good. The boss called him to solve some of the problems in a timely manner, that is, we originally booked a room but said that we had arranged a room with overlapping reservations, but that room can be said to have no soundproofing. It is possible to enlarge it, five in the morning. After more than one click, there are constantly loud noises being woken up, there are the voices of grandparents downstairs, and there are normal voices of the guests upstairs. I hope that the sound insulation can be improved, and if the actual room you stay in is not in line with the reservation , I think it should be notified in advance, instead of finding out that it is not after checking in there.

古色古香的小房子，裝修還有房間衞生都不錯，在本地很有名的餐廳三九房餐廳對面，距離老街很近，就一公里左右，可以步行打卡這座古城

離松陽老街不遠，步行大約7-8分鐘，就在江邊的路向裏3-4米。整個房子和房間就是江南的老房子的樣子。清荷語是二樓房，有個落地窗可以看外面，當然鄰居也能看進來。由於老房子，所以樓板走起來是有聲音的。安全，但帶活潑的小朋友或者本身自己腳比較重的，建議選一樓。民宿和對面的三九餐廳同一個老闆，所以老闆待在對面的時間更多些。

1.1.8米床而已，居然説2米，被誤導。 2.房間在一樓西北角，房間有帶玻璃的門，但是打開就是一面牆壁，沒有窗。説有窗，衞生間有窗，但是邊上是馬桶。 3.電視機遙控都沒準備，到處找老闆，找不到。 4.沒有免費水準備。 5.茶杯一個沒杯蓋，茶壺的插座就是如圖，夠不到。相當於燒水得在牀頭櫃。 6.沒有書桌和餐桌，所謂的沙發就是單人搖椅沙發僅此一個。 7.裏面很陰潮，被套應該換過，但是翻開來確實有頭髮。 8.入住時衞生間的捲筒紙如圖衹有一點點也沒換新的。 9.牀頭櫃插座如圖，燒水和手機充電沒法同時進行。 10.所謂木質結構就是房頂木質，隔音極差，上面房間輕輕走不單單被影響，幾噶幾噶，總有一種兮兮莎莎掉灰塵的感覺（可能心理作用很不爽） 11.智能門鎖，對不起，沒有，就是普通鑰匙開，連鎖門都得鑰匙鎖。 總的來説，極度對不起這個價格在古街附近可能普通賓館都比這個強。無語。

位置很好。南臨大河，北距老街很近。出行購物遊玩太方便了。第一次來松陽，很多房子太有年代感了，都是兒時記憶中的，很有感！
