"Checked in After 6pm and received email with code to able to draw room key from box. Large room for 3pax and bath room shower head water pressure is good. Only disappointed is unable to connect to WiFi although inform reception still not resolved also phone without cable so unable to call reception."

"fantastic location ! woke up to a lovely harbour view , fresh air , directly opposite the ferry trrminal, where you can just hop on the ferry to cross opposite to cbd, downtown, chiantown etc in a mere 10 mins ride ! hotel is clean, new , come fully fitted with kitchenette, onsite carpark is available , also theres a free washing machine and dryer at level 2 and BBq pit which was awesome "

"This is the second stay in this trip. The front desk clerk is still friendly and kind. The hotel faces the river and has a first-class environment. The hygiene in the room is a little poor. There are white bugs jumping and turning on the sofa. There are bugs crawling in the bathroom. I killed them. It's scary 😤."

"I would like to commend and thank 2 hotel personnel, Mr. Front Desk and a lady who found my sling wallet and return it to me at the front desk counter. I reached the hotel around 7:30pm and was asked to put a credit card deposit of AUD100. I couldn't find my credit card and after 10-15 mins of searching I confirmed I have lost my credit card. I ask to pay my deposit by cash and was told cash deposit is AUD250. I am puzzled by the difference in the amount required but agreed to pay the cash amount and asked for a receipt. He told me there is no receipt and that the money will be return the next day when I check-out. I was doubtful but have no choice but to take his word for it. And thankfully YES the money was returned to me the next day and I would like to apologise to Mr. Front Desk for doubting him. Sorry and thank you for your patience!! As for the hotel, the location is quite good ... it is about 30 mins drive from the airport. Guest also park for free here. The one bedroom apartment is big, clean and spacious. The down side is the lighting is too dim and the air-con was so noisy. Nonetheless, I only stayed for a night so that really didn't bother me too much."

"We spent Valentine's Day night for our 3rd birthday with my girlfriend So I asked if it was possible to make a romantic gesture in the bedroom and the result was there Towels in the shape of kissing swans were placed on the bed with a bottle of sparkling white wine Thank you for this night"

"The facilities are complete, the room is quiet, and the service is very friendly. The location is good, less than 20 minutes drive to Kings Park. If there is not enough parking space in the yard, you can park on the roadside nearby."

"The transportation is convenient, there are clothes dryers, dishwashers, breakfast in the room, and a terrace, which is convenient for laundry. The facilities are complete, but there are many stairs, and it is difficult to carry luggage."

"Cons: The TV doesn’t have Netflix or YouTube etc. There’s only one cartoon channel to keep the kids entertained. The bathtub area does not have shower head. Only a low-height tap so u need to walk over to the shower area to rinse the soap off. Pros: room is quiet even though we stay at level one. There r 2 washers and 2 dryers free for guests to use. The beds have wheels so I can easily roll one of the beds to be against the wall, since my toddler tends to fall off the bed when sleeping."

"We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease. The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean. The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Perth went incredibly smoothly, and I'd highly recommend this motel."

"Good location in the CBD area. Nice spacious lobby as shown by picture. Had to pay for private parking but it was on-site and convenient. There is a Mexican eatery, IGA grocer and a liquor store at the small shopping area just next to the reception that make it convenient"
