The location is very convenient for getting to work or school, and having a shopping mall downstairs for groceries is incredibly handy. The only major downside was encountering a huge cockroach, which was quite unsettling. Fortunately, the front desk staff were helpful in dealing with the problem. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, but despite this, I might still consider staying here again.

Excellent location near the tram stop and the beach. Supermarket downstairs. Easy to travel along. There will be some noise from the trams if allocated lower floors.

Really amazing place! Everything you need is provided for and supermarket’s right below. Parking is free by the roadside after 5pm.

Everything was fine except the indoor pool was very heated up at around 29C and when we informed the reception, he said nobody has commented about it. Anyway, we didn't see anybody entered the pool except us and we stayed a few minutes as it was very stuffy too as all glass windows and doors were closed. Very disappointed with the pool temperature and we couldn't do our lap swimming. One reason we chose the hotel because of its indoor pool but it turned out not we expected!

I received a complimentary room upgrade. The balcony offered an amazing view, but I couldn't go out there at night because it was crawling with bugs.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with superb views! There are plenty of diverse restaurants, a supermarket, and a tram stop nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The room was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Location is average , not much restaurant nearby. No sleepers provided, have to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste. View is good. Towels replace every 4 nights. No concierge
