The hotel was beautiful and the staff incredible. Unfortunately there were several youth sports teams the weekend we stayed. It made it almost impossible to even grab a cup of coffee in the morning, The lobby was full of beer, drinking adults, empty bottles everywhere. I know this is not something that the hotel can easily control, but it definitely did not make our visit relaxing. Unfortunate for such a beautiful hotel and kind staff.

Overall this is a solid hotel. The food could’ve been better in the cafeteria area but it was standard hotel food. Main thing is while the rooms were very clean, I found the beds were too soft for my back. There wasn’t really any support in the mattresses. Pillows were excellent but that was my main issue as I have back problems.

We have been here 2 times and it still didn't disappoint. The staff was more than inviting and welcoming. They upgraded our room to. Jacuzzi suite without us asking. We were celebrating my husband's birthday! It was very nice of them.

This is my family's favorite place to stay when we visit our families. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complementary evening nosh is nice and welcome after a full day of travel. Breakfast is a step above other complimentary breakfasts. The rooms are large with plenty of outlets and charging ports. Beds are comfortable and the prperty is quiet. There ate also plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from near by.

Alas a first timer in the Drury community, I would like to say great customer service. From the free popcorn to the kickback night, the love shown to the community is awesome. The room was comfortable and peaceful. The hallway was a little noisy with other customers but quiet after a certain time. The room could have used a bigger refrigerator for food and trash bags in the cans. But I was happy overall. Thanks for the hospitality.
