The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the Old Town, just a ten-minute walk to Freedom Square. Parking right outside is very convenient. The owner is incredibly nice; they communicated with me multiple times about my needs even before I checked in and provided all sorts of help during my stay. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite stays in Georgia! This guesthouse offered fresh, clean air and a beautiful view of the city. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location added to the charm. The owner was kind, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made my stay feel truly welcoming. A memorable experience from start to finish.

Nicely located apartment, on the walking area with lots of cafes, 1 min to SPAR; good bed and pillows, sofa in the kitchen, all kitchen tools are available as well. Water is fine. Host is highly friendly and almost always available online, you could check-in/check-out through lockbox, thank you very much!

The private small hotel hidden in the local life circle, the landlord is very enthusiastic, the surrounding environment is safe, and the door is not locked. There are some other residents in the whole small yard, which is very lifelike. It is a different experience from staying in a hotel. It seems to be shabby, but I like it very much.

The location was reasonably convenient, and it was easy enough to get around the area using public transportation or walking. The room was fairly basic but acceptable for a short stay. The bed was comfortable enough, although the facilities showed some signs of age and could use a little more maintenance. The common areas were available, but they were not particularly spacious or inviting. The kitchen had the basic equipment needed, although cleanliness could have been better at certain times. The bathroom was functional, but the condition depended somewhat on how busy the hostel was. The staff were generally polite and helpful when I had questions, although the service was nothing particularly special. Noise levels also varied depending on the other guests, so it may not be the best choice for people who are very sensitive to noise. Considering the price, I think the hostel is acceptable for budget travelers who mainly need a place to sleep.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable … The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not. The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

Very good location.. close to public transportation and malls restaurants and metro station..

This hotel is indeed the cheapest in terms of cost performance. There is a Chinese restaurant and a hand-painted coffee shop next door, but the room has no windows. It is obviously several degrees hotter inside than outside. There are fire hazards. If you want to save money, choose this one.

The location is central, so you can walk anywhere. Compared to other places with similar price ranges, it is considered to be the highest level.
