A quiet and pleasant spot, a little out of the way, about 8 km from the center of Colombo – thankfully there are tuk-tuks! The house is charming, very comfortable, and very clean. A hostess is always there and very available to answer our questions. A green terrace with lovely succulents, perfect for relaxing after a day in Colombo. It's very restful.

AA.RoyThis rental is misrepresented. It's not a hotel but a ground-floor apartment with a security guard who checks you in. The entire vibe is suspicious from the start.
The room and bathroom are claustrophobically small, and there are zero amenities like a restaurant or lobby.
The only positive was the stunning view from the window, which was exactly as promised.
However, the staff were utterly unprofessional and hostile.

Located in District 3, only a few minutes away from the beach, it is prosperous yet quiet. The room is large, with hot water supply and sufficient air conditioning. It's a little expensive, but it's worth staying there
