"Fantastic service from super hotel. Location is very convenient around five minutes walk from Beppu station. Lobby is located on level two so you will need to take a lift. However the service is amazing. There are welcome drinks when you arrive. I believe there’s alcoholic drinks as well during a certain period as well between 6-9pm. You’re also able to select your Pillow according to its hardness or preferences and you can choose up to 5 amenity items these include facial mask, vitamin C serums to shavers etc. Because it is Beppu there is Also hot spring. however I would probably have liked to have it a bit bigger pool and to have an outdoor spa. All in all it was much value for money and I would go there again."

"This hotel is very convenient if you are taking bus from Hakata Bus Terminal. It stopped right in front of the hotel. Inside the hotel, it has tourist information counter where tourists can buy bus pass etc. Room and toilet are small and is common in Japan, but they are clean and stay is comfortable.They have 1 indoor and outdoor onsen. Opposite the hotel is a departmental store and is 10 mins walk to Beppu train station. Beppu tower is just a short distance walk from hotel. If you are taking a bus to Yifuin, bus stop 1 is just nearby, opposite direction of hotel. I will recommend this hotel if you are coming to Beppu."

"Because we took the JR from Kumamoto to Beppu, we changed two trains on the way, which took about 2 and a half hours. It was already 8:30 pm when we arrived at Beppu Station, and then we walked for 12 minutes to reach the B&B. The proprietress waited for a long time. We had asked Ctrip through the agent what time we would arrive, because the page indicated before 10 pm. Then the earthquake happened at about 9 o'clock after we checked in. We were scared because it was Monday. We were the only two people staying in the whole B&B. We turned on the TV and found out that Miyazaki was the earthquake center. Half an hour later, the proprietress came over and used the translation software to tell us that she would stay here with us tonight and asked us not to worry. We had originally planned to soak in the hot springs, but we didn't dare to go out. Fortunately, there was no more earthquake. When we left, we found a seaside park behind the B&B. It was good. We will come again next time"

"I’m so glad that this hotel had a renewal earlier this year. It looks very new and clean now. It also has a fantastic location — only a 3-minute walk from Beppu Station and it is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. The huge Beppu Don Quijote is only 10 minutes away by foot. Luggage can also be stored at the cloak room for free before check-in. The onsen and sauna was very clean too! I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel."

"It is a 5-minute walk from Beppu Station and is close to the beach and the airport bus stop.
It is connected to Amanek Beppu Yurare, and you can use the 14th floor hot spring and rooftop hot spring pool of Yurare.
The staff was very friendly, so I was able to ask them questions pleasantly the whole time.
There is a Haemunsa hot spring right in front of the accommodation, and there are many community hot springs in the village nearby, so you don't have to go far.
There is a market and a food alley across the street, so eating out is no problem.
However, the soundproofing is a bit disappointing. I couldn't sleep well because of the thumping noise from the upper floor and the snoring all night.
Other than that, I was very satisfied."

GGuest UserIt was an excellent experience in every aspect. Nothing beats a relaxing private onsen after each day out and the staff was so nice too. For what we got it was a very good price. The small houses are each unique and no matter which one you get, it'll look and feel nice. Beware that some of them are Futon only though.
There is no English translation for anything, but everything went smoothly with our small Japanese skills and Google Translate (the last of which could probably suffice by itself, especially as the staff is eager to throw in some English and Google Translate by themselves).
Thank you very much, we'll come again if we come to the Beppu area again.

MMrs.WuTerrace scenic near the sea, spacious hotel rooms, downstairs lobby with plenty of sofas, courteous waiters, cleaning the room to key at the counter lower, entering the door to take off shoes lock locker. Beppu Station is two bus stops across the street before there is food. We took the express bus to the hotel. There is a second-hand shop across the street with very attractive things. There is Donki Donki across the street. There are also several barbecue restaurants and a separate pagoda (private bath is really nice, remember to use it).
Will stay again if I have the chance!
It is also very convenient to go to Kyushu Zoo, because it is very Chan Beppu Station to buy a package ❤️🤭

location: it's relatively further from the station , around a 8-10min walk. there is a 7-11 just around the corner
room: my room came without a bathroom but for the ladies are 3 cubicles shared among the 7 mix gendered guests on the floor. i did not have to wait in line at all. there was more than enough space in the room to open my suitcase wide and still feel comfortable. bed and pillow was a bit hard though, and you can hear anyone talking loudly downstairs outside the building as the room is on 2nd floor, tho that doesnt happen very often.
food: amazing balanced breakfast that changes everyday - really delicious!
onsen: the one on 2F was smaller than 1F, but very good and comfortable. clean too. you can book a private onsen room for 500yen (50mins)
staff: all of them were super friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. there are english-proficient staff available 24H as well :)

PPareena NinaThe Japanese room style is huge. It can fit 10 people. We are a family of 5 and we have plenty of room for my children to explore and enjoy the room. Even the room is old but clean. The style is very traditional and we love it. We stay on the 2nd floor but the view of the sea is nice enough. Breakfast is not bad with variety of food, lots of Japanese style food. Staff are super nice. The hotel is a bit far from train station but within walking distance. Overall is great with this price.

GGuest UserThe room was large for the price and the facilities were neatly organized, so it was very spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Although it was an unmanned hotel, there was no inconvenience in checking in or checking out. There were 2-3 parking spaces, and since there were empty spaces, I was able to park my rental car without any problems. Although it was in a narrow alley, there was a Don Quijote Beppu branch that was only a 3-minute walk away, so it was good for shopping nearby.

Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us.

Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system!
Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up.
Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay!
Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

MMay LanLocation is near supermarket and family mart. A few Coin parking locations near the house. First floor has 2 rooms ＜1 double bed and 1 with twin beds＞ but no space for luggages, a small washing basin at the corner of the staircase. 1 wc and 2 showers at first floor. Washing machine ＜no dryer＞ on the first floor. 1 wc on 2nd floor. Living room on 3 floor. 2nd floor has 2 rooms ＜1 with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, another with a single bed＞. 2 washing basin on 2nd floor inside the rooms. It's not possible to bring big luggage up to narrow and steep staircase.no mirror on 1st floor so nid to climb up to wash and brush teeth. We wish the living room was the 1st floor. The music from nearby is bearable. Only know how to manage the water heater on 2nd day.
Suggestion to include rubbish bins on the first and 2nd floor. Add a mirror on first floor.
