3-Star Hotels in Vientiane

I had a very good stay at their hostel. Accommodating and very easy going. The staff of both the hostel and the cafe are friendly and warm— always smiling. The location is pretty accessible as well, as it's near the main road. And all that for a very affordable price. Highly recommended. 10/10 would definitely be my go to place if I come back to Vientiane.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Some staff members seemed to treat guests differently based on their nationality, which is not acceptable in the hospitality industry. Every guest should be welcomed and treated with the same level of respect, courtesy, and professionalism, regardless of where they come from.

A solid little stay: nothing flashy, but it delivers where it counts. The room is clean, bright, and quiet, with TV, AC, a hairdryer, a fridge, water and toiletries included. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast is simple: eggs, toast and coffee/tea. Not a buffet spread, but a nice enough start to the day. The bus station is around a 12-minute walk. A few things to note: there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, checkout is at 11:00, and the pillows are a bit flat. Not major issues, but good to know. Overall, good value for the price. Would recommend for travellers who just need a clean, quiet room without any fuss

Facilities: It's an older hotel with a unique, artistic design. The Wi-Fi speed was also decent. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Environment: Not far from the Arc de Triomphe, a quick tuk-tuk ride gets you there. Service: Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. They offer laundry service, and while there's usually a charge for multiple items, they did my single item for free, which was a pleasant surprise! As soon as I entered, a staff member offered me a glass of orange juice, which showed great customer service. The front desk lady was very lovely and polite to guests, and she had a real sparkle in her eyes! 😁

The hotel room is not really beautiful but functions well. I can have good sleep here, it’s really quiet. Good noise cancellation. Some lights in the room doesn’t work normally and the Internet didn’t work at all. I can’t use the Internet even to do the most simple tasks such as checking Facebook. Moreover, after logging into the Internet here, my 5G seemed to have problems and I couldn’t use InDrive anymore, making booking car to airport the next day difficult. Nearby, there is no really excellent restaurants, but I can use InDrive bike hailing service to come to good restaurants and sightseeings about 1.2-5 km away from the hotel. The price is not expensive, just around 20-35 kips/way. The hotel also allowed me to change my booking date after I requested 3 times. It’s a big help to me and make my trip easier. Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

Every time I visit Laos, I stay here. This time I was on the fourth floor, and it was very quiet. This location is perfect for solo travelers. The front desk staff, especially the handsome guy, provided excellent service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The rooms themselves are somewhat clean and fresh. Its quite even though there are 18 beds in the room, there is enough space for the luggage, the lighting is too dark though after the sunset and you will need to use your phone. Downside: the cleanness is awful, the toilet seats are broken, guys piss on the toilet seats and no one controls it of course. Even though it is mentioned in each toilet that there will be fine for that. As well as not to smoke but someone still does.. and maybe it won’t be a big deal if there is at least TOILET PAPER that could be used to wipe that **** but you can barely find it! They said they are short on that, come on.. no towel, no toilet paper are provided, no decent cleanness.. come on, this place has so much potential! The volunteer guys at the reception were quite nice though, especially Brazilian guy very polite and helpful. Thanks!

The hotel's location is superb, right below a street food area, making it incredibly convenient for delicious food and sightseeing. It started to get a bit hot as summer approached, and the owner was so thoughtful they even brought us ice! Amazing! The room was clean and cozy. Highly recommended!

The Panda hotel is new and WILL be an excellent hotel when the transition is complete. The location is good the rooms were clean and comfortable. On arrival I was shown a room where the new TV didn’t have a power lead and the curtains didn’t close properly and when I pointed this out the receptionist found me an alternative with functioning curtains but again no tv remote, this wasn’t a problem for me as I had my fire stick to watch the football. The reason that I say this will be an excellent hotel is the staff, they went above and beyond in order to make my stay as comfortable as possible from organising taxis to ordering pizza nothing was too much trouble. The new owners of this hotel really are very lucky to have found such competent friendly staff members whom I would have no problem employing here in the UK having previously managed a four star hotel here in the UK. The staff make the difference and turned what was going to be a cancellation into a very pleasant stay and I will return next year. I recommend you stay here.
