3-Star Hotels in Vientiane

I had a very good stay at their hostel. Accommodating and very easy going. The staff of both the hostel and the cafe are friendly and warm— always smiling. The location is pretty accessible as well, as it's near the main road. And all that for a very affordable price. Highly recommended. 10/10 would definitely be my go to place if I come back to Vientiane.

We stayed at Ibis namphu 3 nights while waiting for departing to China tour. The hotel had very good selection for family we had 3 peoples in the family, we selected triple room, they had 2 bed and 1 separate room bed which very nice for three of us. The breakfast is also good, staffs are very nice and helpful. Great locations easy access to city, markets and many tourist attractions.

The hotel is excellently located, just 10 minutes from the airport, making it a perfect choice if you have an early flight. The hotel itself is very clean, offers beautiful views from the window, and has incredibly polite staff! My only wish is that breakfast was included in the price, as there's no time to look for food when you have an early check-out, and there aren't many options nearby.

acceptable for the price. clean, friendly staff, close to everything. the room (double room) was very tiny, ac working but not great. we put it on 18 but it was still quite warm in the room. mattress was far away from soft but also not hard like a brick. they offer free drinking water dispenser but moat of the time it was empty or not working.

It was decent, and the biggest plus was its excellent price for being in Vientiane city center. It's close to all the nearby attractions. The facilities had a few minor flaws, so it's best suited for those who aren't too particular about details and just want to rest a bit. There was no hot water in my room. You need to pay a 900,000 LAK deposit, preferably in cash, which will be returned directly upon check-out. The front desk staff didn't speak much English.

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

The staff are really kind. They assist you with any help. Food is great and i love it so much with coffee! I love the room temperature, wifi is great. There rooms are clean and toilets too! I love the balcony, wifi is fantastic on that area. The location is near night markets and stores, also near from banks where you can exchange currency. I love to stay here again! The people that owns and works here are nice people. We will definitely gonna come back to this place 💙

The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the room had excellent natural light. The housekeeping was exceptionally well done. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. The location is excellent, making travel very convenient. Overall, the experience was superb and offered great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

My colleague recommended this hotel, and after staying here, I really feel it offers great value for money. The location is excellent, and the hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, including an elevator and air conditioning. The room was also very clean. The staff here are incredibly enthusiastic; they even proactively helped me mark routes on a map when I wasn't familiar with the area.

I recently stayed at Panda Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is brand new, very clean, and beautifully designed. The staff were kind and welcoming, although their English was limited and they seemed a little unsure at times. As the hotel is still not fully completed, a few amenities are not yet available. One important feature currently missing is a small fridge in the room. Considering how hot Vientiane is, especially compared to London a fridge would be extremely useful. Breakfast is also not available yet, but hopefully this will be added once the hotel is fully operational. There was some noise from neighboring guests during my stay, and unfortunately I noticed a cigarette smell in the bathroom despite booking a NON-SMOKING room. Smoking is clearly prohibited, so I hope future guests and management will ensure the rules are respected. On the positive side, the hotel offers motorcycle rentals at reception, which is very convenient. Overall, Panda Hotel is a beautiful and affordable place to stay, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for good value. I look forward to returning once the hotel is fully completed and additional amenities are available. Thank you for the wonderful stay. See you AGAIN.
