Room was slightly smaller, and the windows needed some cleaning. The hotel had a lot of room guests and patience for the lifts would be needed during peak periods. The hotel breakfast was excellent with a good spread of food, but due to the number of guests, one would have to choose a breakfast timing (7 am, 8 am or 9 am) to prevent overcrowding. Gree underground parking was available.

LIKED: 1. Budget friendly 2. Laundry room availability DISLIKED: 1. Size of the room 2. Smell of the room (smelled damp, probably from the carpeted floor) 3. No bidet in the bathroom 4. Shampoo and shower gel were in the form of small sachets, barely enough for 1 person to use 5. Electrical sockets were behind the beds, you'd need to move the beds to use them. Otherwise there's only 1 socket next to the table and another one in the bathroom next to the toilet 6. Breakfast selection was very limited and in a basement that is relatively dark. There's no hot water dispenser there so if you want to drink tea, you either have to prepare hot water in your room or from the dispenser on the first floor.

The entrance of the hotel is designed in European style, and the tall and majestic lobby is eye-catching. The staff are professional, courteous, helpful and friendly to us. The room has some history, is spacious and comfortable, and the price is more than 400 yuan including breakfast. The breakfast is also very ordinary. If you can eat enough, it is a good value. There is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathroom floor.

The first time I booked a hotel in Taichung City, the reason for choosing was larger than other hotels at the same price, the room was really big and comfortable, but the bathroom washbasin with hair tissue crumbs was unhygienic. There is a station in front of the hotel to other attractions, conveniently located within walking distance of Taichung Station and Miyahara Ophthalmology location. 👍 The hotel restaurant is small and comfortable, the breakfast variety is good, the restaurant waiters politely entertained. 👍 If you arrive at the hotel early and fail to register early, you can deposit your luggage free of charge, but the luggage storage is unregulated in public places. There is no number plate for guests to identify. I hope the hotel can pay attention to improvements.

The hotel was not near any train station ao we have to take a taxi from Taichung HSR to the hotel. Check in was smooth and the room was one of the best hotel we have stayed in Taiwan. Very spacious and clean. Comes with bathtub and a TV while you are soaking. We got a very nice room that we are able to see countdown fireworks. Hotel location is good as it is about 5 mins walking dostance to Fengjia Night Market. Walkable to convinence stores and eateries. Highly recommend to stay here.

Room was quite big and clean. They did not by default provide toothbrush and toothpaste (which was fine for us as we brought our own), and we were told that if we could leave a 5-star review on Google review, they would provide it as a token. This was a bit strange as how would we know whether it's a 5-star experience before we stay / and if it's a 5-star experience after we stay, the token (toothbrush and toothpaste) would be useless for us already.

Ccemily0426The outdoor environment is very beautiful and has a great sense of design. The natural environment makes people relax. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke when you first entered the room. Although it was not too serious, because I was traveling with children, I was very concerned about them inhaling second-hand and third-hand smoke, so I sprayed a lot of forest disinfectant. After I left and came back after dinner, I didn't smell it anymore. (The customer service at the door said that next time if there is a smell of smoke when entering the room, you can report it directly to them for processing) The bathroom is very big and has a sense of design. The overall cleaning is pretty good. One point was deducted because there were mosquitoes disturbing everyone's sleep that day. Later, we sprayed a lot of spray and it got much better (but I used up 1/3 of the can of spray 😂). Also, I had a small rash after using the jacuzzi, but none of my family members had it, so it might be that I have sensitive skin. As for sleeping, I hardly got any sleep the whole night because the children couldn’t sleep well and woke up in the middle of the night due to the heat. I was a little scared by the occasional small noise from the bathroom exhaust fan (the adults thought it was okay, and combined with the sound of wind and rain in the middle of the night, they thought it was normal). The blue light from the mosquito trap also affected their sleep, so the children kept waking up and falling asleep, and the adults naturally couldn’t sleep well. My husband said the bed was a bit too soft, but it was acceptable and he slept well. Overall it's pretty good. The kids like the overall design and facilities of the room (you can see it on YT). There are also many snacks, so they are super happy 🥳. I hope to patronize again. In addition, the service is very good, and they care about the safety of the guests. They will ask and pay attention to the entry and exit, and they also attach great importance to our opinions. It's great 👍 It deserves five stars!

GGuest UserSuperb stay at the hotel. Great service, special facilities which includes a slide, cozy corners, quiet places which were clean and amazing. Breakfast was amazing! Not a buffet, but chefs will cook up a fine dining-esqe meal for breakfast which tastes amazing! (be sure to order 1 day in advance at the front desk, receptionists will remind you - so that they can prepare a table and your choice in advance). Room was top tier, clean, bed was comfortable and has a unique theme which makes the whole hotel feel fresh

PPgzdHotel is located at a great location, nice facilities and good cleanliness in my room. My only feedback is that for people who drive, please be aware. The carpark entrance is at the back entrance of the hotel where the convenience stall is located. This hotel uses an Over Car Bonnet Storage system. We were greeted unpleasantly by the carpark assistant (an old man), not only were we not allowed to unload our luggage before parking, he didn't even bother assisting us with our carriage. To make matters worst, we saw him help another guest on arrival that was behind us at that time, to unload their luggage and give them guidance in parking. On my last day, i was awoken by the hotel staff through the hotel phone. They told me that my car was not parked properly and they could not activate the lever system for the carpark. Yes i would apologize if i have parked off by 2cm outwards, but I was woken up rudely in the morning after a long tiring night before with no apologies whatsoever. A note to future hotel guest, if you intend to have your car parked in the hotel, please be mindful the space is not very SUV friendly.

AAnonymous UserLocation - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha). So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market. It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it. Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it. I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient. The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad. I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby. I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again. (Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card) The late check out costs Ntd$1,000/hour

莎莎哈拉The service at Shuiyunduan is as excellent as ever. I stayed there in 2017 and visited again in 2024. The difference is that I brought three more children with me. Thank you to the guy at the counter for his thoughtfulness and making our stay very enjoyable. The children like late night snacks and breakfast. The large spa bath in the room made us relax both physically and mentally. The parent-child game room also provides a place for lively children to meet new friends and play games together. Great accommodation, recommended for families with children.

AAciaKSPThis hotel seems old but it's clean and well maintain. The location is really good, it's near to lala port, some stopping complex, train station, lots of local food around, 711 and family Mart right across the road. Their staff is very friendly and helpful and polite. There's a big parking space in front. Their breakfast are simple yet nice. It was a comfortable stay in this hotel. Recommended!
