Capo Falcone Charming Apartments

We booked this structure with a Superior apar**ent with balcony, we were given a ground floor apar**ent without a balcony and obviously without a sea view for which they asked us €3250 for 12 days, the structure was not as represented in the beautiful photos of the site and booking therefore an additional total disappoin**ent from the manager of the structure who was really rude as at the moment we presented complaints where the apar**ent was tanned mind dirty untouchable sofa dirty bathroom hair in the bed he gave the justification that it is the fault of the previous guests who do not take care of the structure and did not solve the problem for us by replacing the apar**ent that we had actually booked, leaving us there, in fact we went to another hotel for five days due to the taste of the structure and the behavior of the manager

Beautiful residence a few km from the town of Stintino and about 500 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, the Pelosa. Cozy apar**ents, modern furnishings. Inside you have an induction hob, capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, sofa, hair dryer, pots and pans. 5 stars for cleanliness. Very friendly reception staff. Excellent pool service, very clean water and lifeguard always present. The greenery is very well kept and there is an almost total absence of insects of any kind. If I really have to make some notes, I would like to point out to the owners that, in my opinion, a bit of entertainment should be introduced for the guests. I understand that it is not a village however, in a week's stay, 2-3 evenings could be dedicated to some activity such as dancing, singing, shows or simple entertainment for the little ones.

The car is essential because at this time (May) no shops nearby are open. In the kitchenette too few crockery and cutlery (for example no bowl, no bowl for eating fruit for example lack of knife. In the bedroom too little storage, wardrobe difficult to access. Nice swimming pool which we did not take advantage of because it was cool and very windy. The manager is very competent and always tries to satisfy customers as best as possible.

We spent 1 week with family in April 20022 in one of the apar**ents of the Capo Falcone Charming Appar**ents residence. There were 4 of us: 2 adults and 2 children in an apar**ent with 1 double bedroom and a living room, kitchen, dining room with sofa bed. The apar**ent was new (renovated) and very clean, simply furnished with a very nice bathroom and a small but efficient kitchen area. This was enough for us for a vacation, especially since there was a beautiful, large terrace and barbecues available. Reversible air conditioning, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee maker, hairdryer, towels, sheets, sponges, dishcloth, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and capsules for first days, cutlery, pans, drainer... for meals and cleaning supplies. Shared washing machines. The staff is present and available. Quiet apar**ent with beautiful view of Capo Falcone and its tower and 5 minutes walk from the sea!! It's a windy place but the sun is out. 1 wonderful week with family. I highly recommend.

Very beautiful new residence, very well maintained, with beautiful lawns, very close to the magnificent Pelosa beach. Very pretty infinity pool facing the apar**ents. Quiet apar**ent with beautiful terrace. Please remember to reserve access to the Pelosa online. Otherwise, Pelosetta beach is very nice. Concerning the equipment of the apar**ent, fridge really too small and too little glass and cutlery. Very good bathroom as well as kitchenette. Good bedding. Little storage possibility.
