就近選的酒店，入住相當滿意，停車方便門口位置寬敞，酒店周圍美食很多，西邊一條街晚上很熱鬧。前台辦理業務效率高，服務熱情。房間面積大給人感覺就很放鬆寬敞，衞生乾淨整潔，傢俱質感好，尤其床品舒適柔軟，我對睡眠要求高，整晚睡的都很好。洗澡間花灑水充足，水壓大。晚上從外面吃飯回來東西忘記在大廳會客區了，前台很細心第一時間送到我房間，説明酒店管理很到位。

維也納酒店：最突出印象是哪裡都闊大舒展。雙人床真大，有2米寬吧，被子也是，比床又寬出許多。卧具很舒適。衞生間寬敞明亮，洗手枱闊大，用起來真舒服。停車場闊大，不用擔心車位，就在酒店門口。餐廳闊大，乾淨整潔。品種比一般酒店多些，但如果花38元有點不值，幸虧是免費兑換。很安靜，睡覺感覺周邊幾乎無聲無息，其實酒店處於熱鬧的東環島。

寫字桌上的油污和地面上粘糊糊的東西，我沒拍，自己用消毒濕巾擦乾淨了，看到這張椅子上的污漬後，我實在看不下去了，拍了照片，我經常出差或旅遊，平時很少發點評，昨晚上碰到這種情況，我就決定從這家酒店開始，衹要碰到衞生不好的、服務差的就發到網上，讓大家選酒店的時候，別被矇蔽了雙眼。這家更奇葩的是，早餐7點開始，我就提前3分鐘到了，結果餐廳裏的三位服務人員在那唧唧歪歪的。

打分打了五分，但其實並沒有，因為我不想影響你們酒店在攜程的分數
第一，我入住酒店時，前台工作人電腦一頓操作，沒有和我確認訂單訊息，就告知了房間號和電梯。
第二，到達房間時，撲面而來的煙味，我直接撥打了總機電話要求換無煙房，這時候總機和我説我們酒店是無煙的，我才得知這是個無煙酒店。但這個總機女孩子服務很好。
第三，換了房間後，為了補償我，説給我贈送一早，可是我原本就訂了兩早，也就是這個時候我才得知酒店根本不知道我有早餐。
第四，早餐不知道是不是去的晚了，九點去的，幾乎沒啥東西，酸奶都沒有看見
第五，半夜起床上廁所，房間燈沒開，門縫那不嚴實，走廊上有燈光，看上去像是門沒關，像門外站着一個人
第六，房間內不知道是不是中央空調還是啥，噪音很大
第七，衞生間開着排氣扇，還是很臭
第一次入住維也納這個品牌，體驗很不好
