The overall experience is still great. First of all, the hotel is in the wealthy area of New Jersey. There is no problem with the environment and security. It is a bustling town with dozens of meters of restaurants. It takes about 20 minutes to Newark Airport and there is also a train station directly to Manhattan. The hotel owner is a great Chinese sister, who is of Jiangxi origin, very patient, her own house, very homestay feeling, the front and back environment is very clean, the price is high in the whole area, other hotels have to be two or three thousand

After three years, the hotel facilities have been partially renovated, but the style is different and it is old. The front desk service is simple and rude. I have paid the room fee online, and the deposit including the room fee was collected when I checked in. I communicated with the front desk, and the reply was that I had to confirm with the payer before the refund could be made. So I contacted Ctrip customer service, and the reply I got for a day and a night was that I could never contact the payment agent. In the end, I communicated with the front desk to solve it.
The hotel breakfast is very good.

I booked this room for my nephew and his wife, James Giordano. Apparently business is very good at this location. There was a Bat matzah party going on right beneath my nephew’s room and it was very noisy. My nephew called the desk to complain they were unable to sleep due to the loudness. The front desk said it would be over at 11 pm. My nephew said he and his wife asked for a different room away from the noise. The desk was reluctant to fill that request causing my nephew to tell them give us a full refund and we will go somewhere else. The desk agreed to giving them a different room. So they packed up and went to a different room. Very inconvenient and unsettling.

The environment is beautiful, there are supermarkets nearby, the rooms are spacious, and the latest check-in is 3 am. The parking lot is large and has many parking spaces, and it’s free! The front desk staff are friendly and approachable.

The suite I lived in was perfect in all aspects, the details were perfect, the front desk, restaurant, room hygiene service were very good, warm and friendly! The surrounding environment is also very beautiful! I like it very much, I will choose this one in New Jersey in the future.
