"Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊"

"It’s considered good for the price u paid. Do not expect a 5 stars quality when u paying for a 2 stars price. Overall the cleanliness is OK but don’t expect any supplementary like other Hotel, i.e. soap, toothbrush, water, etc…"

"I had a pleasant stay at Swiss Avenue Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby amenities. However, I noticed that the floor could have been cleaner, as there was some dirt. Also, the shampoo provided was quite watery, so it might be worth improving the quality. Additionally, only one lift was in operation, leading to long waiting times, as the other lift was under maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better!"
