"Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani,
Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly. It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying.
We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it.
Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train.
Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel.
Thanks everyone 🙏😊"
"It's quite new hotel, furniture in the room didn't see wear and tear, but the water heater pressure not strong enough.
Good location near Jalan Dewa eatery but too close to road junction, have lot motorcycle and lorry sound midnight sleeping time."

"Affordable rate for everyone. During my stay the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast menu not so bad it worth it with the amount you paid. Nice area for morning jog."
"The room abit same. Look like emergency add the room out. And feel unsafety because inside the room got alnother door that connecting with meeting with lock the secure lock."
"Staff is really helpful and friendly. Maybe need to upgrade on certain facilities as i do understand that it’s old buildings. Overall i had a pleasant stay"
"Overall stay was really lovely. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. Deposit in cash and return with no hassle. The rooms were spacious and clean, and they came with breakfast for us (nice big breakfast spread!). Bathroom amenities can be improved but sufficient for a quick stay. Pools are amazingly big and regularly maintained. The hotel is also closed to lots of nice restaurants (hotmas, kedai makan pokok ceri, pisang goreng 303 etc). Definitely recommended for good value of money."
"The rooms & facilities were good, location wise and the nearest places like mall or shops are nearby, but since i stay during festive seasons, felt a bit stranged. Receptionist not at the desk most of the time, and having difficulties to contact from room. Overall, just good for a budget staying.."

EeykanoiaI stayed at K Garden Hotel for 1night and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel is quite old, so don’t expect anything fancy but for the price, it’s definitely worth it. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, and the basic facilities worked fine.
The location is convenient, close to local food and amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I forgot to take any photos during my stay (too busy enjoying myself, hehe), so I’m using one from Google but it does look the same in person!
If you’re on a budget and just need a simple place to rest, this hotel gets the job done. Would consider staying again for a quick trip.
GGuest Userself checkin machine, if dont know how to use can ask staff there. staff is friendly and helpful.

MM. SubramaniamThe hotel's location is the reason for choosing it. Had a dinner party to attend at Bali Hall as such decided to stay here which is only 5 minutes drive. Other than that, a decent stay for one night.
AAishah’sHad to choose this hotel as having course near merbok and easy to have dinner or anything to eat. Near Amanjaya mall, walking distance around 12min, however the hotel is like partially build. Saw half of the area with renovation on the same floor which I stayed. The door’s room is not easy to be open, seems like you’re having wrong card assess and the one guy at the counter was having rude tone when i told him regarding the door
AAnonymous UserEverything is good. It’s just iron is not provided for each room or level. So need to go downstair to iron our clothes. Also got no water heater but got water dispenser at downstair. Overall is good.
GGuest UserBrutally honest review from me. I'm not saying this hotel is bad but it just that I felt unsatisfied with what I got. I requested room with window but didn't get. It was fine . No issue. What bothered me was , the room that we got, it was quite small and not really enough space for muslims to pray comfortably. Tv not really working. For the toilet, had to flush 2-3 times. The room's cleanliness was not really ok. But overall , I would say my experience here .. ok lah . Not great. But ok :)
