I hope Trip.com can truly present customer reviews. My previous review of the health of this hotel was failed, but it was tampered with by Trip.com. If it is not tampering, how did the general review of 3.5/5.0 come from? This kind of hotel purchases recycled bottled water in bottles and cans without Trip.com washing the floor, right?

Conveniently located.. comfortable if you have business activities… As it is Surat is hardly a tourist friendly location… Cunning petty traders.. Unfortunately such bargaining culture is extended to reception desk.. The whole hotel was empty hardly few guests… out of the booked 2 rooms they upgraded one and asked to pay for the second… the only difference between the 2 rooms was just 1 floor apart and one was clean and other was messy… Good and adequate room services… I would rate 3.5 out of 5

Property is on main street but there is parking difficulty. Though parking is available it can operate only a single car at a time and we have to drive back and forth on a busy road to get aligned and out of people's way. The room is very small and even after requesting to give proper room as we were checking in late at night at 10:30 pm due to our travel from roro ferry. They gave us a corner room without fan. There were no towels placed. One that was available on rack was used. I booked this stay as our stay with vets dwarka was good but this one disappointed me.

It is one of the most beautiful and special stays. I am on a work trip and these people have made me feel like home. Excellent service and brilliant caring staff. Food is good but the way they serves makes it best to have away from home. Thanks

It was a good stay for the money charged. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. They provided me with the option for booking uber without charging anything extra. I required extra water bottle at night. They provided the same was good. Rooms were clean and neat and were made good.

GGuest UserThe price ratio of this store is very high. Maybe I was prepared hard, and it was better than expected after I came. It was more gratifying. The hotel walked to the train station for 3 minutes, and there were many snack bars around. The surrounding environment was not as good as vesu. The hotel is relatively clean, and disposable items such as towels must be brought by yourself. The network is not bad, the bath does not feel hot water. Hotel breakfast is not bad, the choice is more. It is the domestic Motel 168 level.
