Got bed bugs bites all over my body now have fever and bugs lumps throughout my body

Hilton hotel Gibson Road (Sutton) an excellent place to stay. Friendly staff, parking available (not free in the compound of the property). Plus swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna,steam room and gym. There are shopping centre near by, library, supermarkets and great places to eat. Not too far from the railway station. Excellent public transport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Travelled to Sutton as it’s on route to airport we are from Africa and we came over for a party

Our normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel. All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queen’s standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.

It was fantastic experience. The pool facility made the trip complete.

My booking experience for 2 adults and 2 children. A Massive queen bed and sofa bed which was more than adequate. Lovely warm welcome at the reception desk, the kids were given vouchers to get a treat from the dining area which was a nice welcome gesture. There is on site parking which we paid £12 for around 24hrs. The biggest thing we needed was the swimming pool access, which is FREE!! And open from 7am -til late at night. There is also a sauna and steam room included. The high street is walking distance and jam packed with food Places. Morning breakfast was very good, all fresh tasty and a good easy layout. Overall absolutely fantastic, if the Location works for you then this hotel is an absolute must 😊

The hotel services and location are so good! It’s worth to stay again!!!

It was good location takes 5 minutes walk to the city centre and 10 minutes to the station. But when I went to the hotel, there was construction near reception and no one guided where should I go. There was no sign as well… and only one receptionist was there so should have waited for a bit. Looks old building but room was clean but lift was quite busy so had to wait for next lift. I was busy so couldn’t use the pool.

Nice hotel in Sutton, far from central downtown, but quite close to train station for commuting everywhere. You can get everything you need in the nearby commercial street. Value for money!
