Fantastic service, focused on the customer experience. Elevator parking was on point, and my car was delivered promptly. Small incident was taken car of by staff immigration with great care. The staff, was able to contact my insurance company. They understood my situation as I don't speak much Korean and they were able to understand English and exactly what I need done. The front desk team did a great job. I can not thank you enough for care and promptness of service provided.

It's in a back alley so it's a little hard to find. The front desk staff were quick to respond in Japanese which was very helpful. The room was three times better than I expected. It was spacious, stylish and clean. I stayed in three places this time, but personally I think this was the best. I was able to watch YouTube and Netflix so I didn't get bored watching TV.

The staff was friendly, and I had a comfortable rest~ It was a view of the emergency stairs of the building next door, but thanks to that it was rather quiet.

The info staff was friendly, clean and very nice!! I had to close the curtains to change clothes because it was facing the officetel opposite, but overall I'm satisfied.

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. First of all, the room was spacious and all the facilities were clean. The location is convenient as there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. However, it is rather dry as I control the air in the room with a pen on the ceiling. The bed mattress is a bit hard. And except for the smell of sewage coming up from the shower, it's a good business hotel overall.

There are many good cafes nearby.

방 사진으로는 정말 넓어보이고 깔끔해보였는데 실재로는 방이 텅 비어있고 신발 벗는 자리도 없고 흔히 보는 호탤 구조가 아니었음

開始看到評分不高，還有點猶豫。 入住的時候，發現大大的驚喜。 前台小姐姐非常nice 説是下午四點入住，但是提前到了，也給入住。 那時候已經下午一點多了，問旁邊有沒有好吃的餐館，好熱情推薦，我們到餐館時候，餐館還説酒店特意打了電話説有客人吃飯。 回來的時候，要坐機場大巴去機場，怕沒位置，主動還幫忙手機訂票，還打印出來，預約第二天的士。 其它工作人員也很熱情。 房間很大，韓國酒店房間普遍較小，這個酒店的算是個例外。 地理位置也不錯，離水原區政府地鐵站步行距離。 離機場大巴N4000終點站（東水原）打車十分鐘左右。大約韓幣6000-7000。大概三十來塊這樣。 樓下有咖啡廳，周邊到處吃飯的餐館。可以不行到超市home plus

위치는 수원시청역에서 가깝지만 나혜석거리나 인계동 맛집있는쪽이랑은 거리가 살짝 좀 있었어요 대신 그래서 그런가 조용한게 최대 장점인 것 같아요! 근데 옆건물이 웨딩홀이라 주말에 묵으면 아침부터 뭔가 무전기소리에 음식만드는소리에 쫌 시끄럽긴 해요 ㅠㅠ 바로옆에 삼학도회수산 웨이팅걸고 방에서 누워있다가 나가면 개꿀입니당^^.. 삼학도랑 1분거리예요

とにかく綺麗です！広々とした部屋なので1人では少し寂しかったです。ホテル周辺にはコンビニも飲食店も多いです！

주차장이 불편합니다. 전체적으로 나쁘지는 않았으나 주변 공사 소음으로 인해 시끄러웠네요 ㅜㅜ 잘 쉬다갑니다~~~

酒店房間選擇升級了豪華型房間，圓形床，房間內設計很新穎，浴室還有可以按摩的超大浴缸，屋內有地熱，住着很舒服，就是稍微有點乾燥，房間裏面很乾凈，用早餐的地方，有咖啡店相連接着，用餐環境很有設計感和温馨

인계동에서 위치는 조금 애매하지만 나머지는 다 좋았어요. 청결도 좋고 직원 분들도 친절하시구요. 그리고 방도 넓고 욕조도 있어서 좋았어요.
