Hotel is relatively new and absolutely love the room. Downside to it was the staff gave me a room which was on the other wing. Had to climb up and down a flight of steps to get to the main elevator. The steps were not luggage friendly at all. Had to make two trips up and down the steps to carry my heavy luggages. 15mins walk to guanqian street for shopping and food. There’s also lots of restaurants around the hotel. Train station is also just beside the hotel. Down side: there’s no proper drop off/pick up area. Also, the hotel lost one of my delivery packages. I hope they will have a better process on receiving/delivering delivery packages moving forward. Since it’s nearby the famous attractions, be prepared to wait in the jam as the roads are only two way streets. Taking the train is your best alternative.

The hotel is new with big rooms and great service at check in. Location is fantastic with lots of eatery nearby and subway just few steps away. This hotel is great and value for money.
The service staff at the breakfast area is quite passive and not helpful when there is insufficient table at the breakfast area. Breakfast is not great too. Will not recommend to pay for the breakfast.

Its a wonderful hotel, everything feel new, the staff was excellent, upgraded the room for me, much appreciated, the room was very big, hygiene top quality, the shower was strong, overall highly recommended if you coming to Wuxi, also forgot to mention lots restaurants to eat next door

出門不多，不止一次住過桔子水晶，一直感覺不錯，這次臨時決定出行，也是匆匆見縫插針定了酒店。五一勞動節，人潮擁擠，各個景點平均接待幾萬人次，不容易。覺得應該認真評價一次，是對勞動者的尊重。
1.交通：絕對最佳，出門右手邊樂橋站，不到一分鐘進站，去各個景點都方便。特別對於帶娃的人。
2.吃喝：樓下後街全是吃的，大店小店應有盡有，價格也是合理的，還有很多連鎖小店。
3.購物：當晚帶的護膚水被孩子弄灑了，臨時去買，400多米就是美羅商場，一樓各種品牌化粧護膚品。還是很好的。從樂橋到東方之門幾站地鐵就到，也就到了最大的購物中心，蘇州中心商場，很齊全，沒有買不到的東西。
4.玩：去各個景點人多是正常，也是意料之中。平江路，耦園，虎丘，東方之門，寒山寺，因為臨時決定，博物館，拙政園沒有約到，也不遺憾，人擠人，確實也累，七里山塘街沒擠進去，保安真的大喇叭喊，排隊需要三小時，一條大馬路，哈哈，看着害怕就坐車回酒店了。意外收穫是去平江路拍了古裝照，蘇遇店，欣欣化粧師給的麪粧特別棒，攝影師也好有耐心，驚喜。等待出片。臨頓路在修路，坐了一段人力三輪，拉我們幾個收了30元，我沒還價，一個長者，出力幹活不容易。
5.住：節假日特別安排了很多人在前台，沒有出現人員少服務不到情況；人員個個精神飽滿，熱情大方，連保潔大姐見面都微笑問好；大廳專門一人值守幫助顧客；早餐供大於求，環境優雅乾淨衞生；看見我帶孩子特別多放了兩瓶純凈水，還有紙巾；房間大，衣架足夠多，洗漱用品都是酒店專用的，樓下洗衣機烘乾機也方便，空調效果也好，電視機特別大...
總之，很好的住宿體驗，推薦給所有來蘇州的人，雖然商業化，但是來看看祖國不同的風土人情也是好的。最後祝在蘇州工作的勤勞友好的人們五一快樂。

酒店地理位置很好，就在地鐵出口，停車可以先跟前台溝通，離觀前街主街步行也就十分鐘之內
酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨衞生，枕頭舒服，睡得很好，還給我們兩個房間都升級了高級房，房間很寬敞
前台和大廳的服務生包括保潔阿姨態度都特別好，且很熱情，讓人感覺很親切的酒店
跟他們提的任何需求或者問題都會第一時間滿足且態度非常好
下次來蘇州還是會繼續選擇這家酒店！
