I liked the location. The staff spoke no English, however, I was assisted promptly. The room is big, and I enjoyed the bath tub. The hotel can do better in offering some sugar for the tea, coffee and some teaspoons. That was inconvenient. The Ayi is amazing, she smiled, spoke to us, laughed. I liked her.

來蘇州旅遊住的錦江都城酒店，進入大堂，前台會貼心的為你準備旅遊線路圖，去哪兒玩路線寫的明明白白的。進入到房間真的令我很驚訝，在景點邊上房間真的很大，而且很寬敞很乾凈，舒適度很高，特別是床墊睡上去很舒服，洗漱用品用的是佰草集的礦泉水，用的是康師傅的，都是品牌！住在這家店簡直不要太舒服，邊上500米就是西園寺，邊上楓橋路一條路走到底就是寒山寺，很適合晨跑！去留園也是超級方便，衹有900米，哈哈哈哈哈哈，感覺自己住在了園林裏，下次來蘇州一定住這裏！

浴室門突然掉釘子，我都怕門掉下來。每次洗完澡，都是這種漏水情況。這還算洗的小心翼翼的。
這店長真的把酒店檔次都拉低了，態度巨差，女前台也不咋地，房間漏水，17點50打電話讓我們回來換房，因為保潔阿姨18點要下班，為了後面愉快的旅行，我們打車回去換房，前台又打電話説不用回來了，修好了。就這樣溜我們玩，還覺得自己在處理問題。
這酒店真的是被店長和女前台害慘了

位置優越交通便利，附近就是各種景點。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，還有自助洗衣房很方便，個人覺得性價比高

錦江都城留園店。地理位置不錯，去西園寺和留園抬腳可到。旁邊地下車庫可免費停車。客房還有機器人服務，機器人會自行坐電梯，挺好玩的。
前台服務熱情，給給房間做了9樓免費升級，窗外可望見虎丘。面積比原先大，還有一個沙發床。床品軟硬適中，支撐性強，睡得很舒服。衞生間設計為洗漱、淋浴、馬桶三分離，比較少見和實用，但馬桶間沒有門，有點奇怪。總體服務不錯，房間內部挺好，但公共通道有點簡陋。總體符合酒店檔次。

定了兩間房，寫兩次點評。
優點和缺點同樣明顯
優點：交通便利，通往西園（步行可達），寒山寺，山塘街，觀塘街，留園，都挺近，打的起步費可搞定。
停車位充足，在地下，和商場共用一個，住宿免費，離開時前台處報車牌號即可。
服務周到，基本有應必答，機器人配送水，紙等，也很及時。
缺點：設施老化，如果重新裝修升個級，費用高點，也是樂意的。
房間隔音效果差，隔壁手機微信通知，都可聽到。

地理位置還不錯，距離寒山寺步行1.5公里左右，距離留園也很近，酒店後面就是西園寺。
設施比較老，淋浴間不算乾淨。
房間面積夠大，但是聽前台人説，都是朝向街邊的，所以有點吵。
洗手池的那個水龍頭，聲音巨大，這麼説吧，一個人洗漱，這個屋子的人都不用睡覺了……
離店的伴手禮有點寒酸，説實話不太像三星酒店……甚至趕不上好的二星……

酒店很不錯，前台工作人員服務很熱情，酒店出門不遠就是景區，交通便利，而且對開車的人相當友好，酒店門前有一些停車位，停滿的話還可以停到旁邊地下車庫，地下停車場很大，非常好！經常到蘇州出差，今後首選錦江都城，五星好評！
注：入住時候忘記拍一些酒店房間照片了，先拿一些官方的照片來展示，房間實際效果都一樣，都非常好，等下次再次入住時候一定拍一些更好的照片，再次感謝酒店工作人員的熱情服務！
