This hotel is located in a scenic area with a great view of the lake. The sunrise greets you in the morning and the drivers take you to where you want to go. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of eastern and western dishes. My friend and i really enjoyed being surrounded by fall foliage. It's great for taking photos. The rooms were nice as well, a japanese style dining area, an adequately sized bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with conjoined tub and shower. Everything was great. Looking forward to my second trip there.

The service was great and the breakfast had a lot of choices. The scenery and outdoor pool are also great for photos. Thank you to the hotel staff.

This hotel was beyond breathtaking. The view, the aesthetics, everything was top notch. Great staff and great food. Both breakfast and dinner was delicious. The hotel is extremely far away from city life, so it’s good to bring snacks either way you. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

五一長假～不想呆在家裡～也不想人擠人～索性遠了最近的蘇州休閑休閑～第一站我們來到了西山～沒想到人山人海～堵～堵～堵
酒店位於漁洋山和海洋館附近～所以也是堵堵堵
房間設施：沒啥特別的設施～很普通～
wifi：無限使用
停車：免費進出
服務：服務很好～有求必應～
房間景觀：我定的套房，景觀還可以，但是夏天蚊子太多～我們基本沒開陽台的門～不過有一點誇一下～房間裏放了兩個驅蚊液～讓房子沒有蚊蟲～
衞生：杯子都沒有洗乾淨～還是有待加強～第一天入住洗漱用品沒有放全～基本都是問了才會送過來～
早餐：小餛飩很好吃～他們還有特色瓦罐湯～還不錯～品種不多～
中餐廳：我不太推薦吃，不怎麼好吃，不過他們的套餐A比B好吃點～
房間叫餐：有如圖所示，量如此之大～點了兩份主食，也不知道提醒客户量大需要點兩份主食不～
總體呢～還行～如果去西山島可以週末住住，節假日別來，到處堵車～西山島堵車堵到你懷疑人生～

這次五一錯峯出行，到酒店已經晚上18:30，服務枱幫忙預約了酒店日料，20:00吃了一對一包場鐵板燒，哈哈哈！酒店客房設施很新，有個很大的浴缸，能眺望太湖美景，第二天早上自助也很豐盛，很棒的一次入住！

房間比較大。背靠漁洋山，環境可以。
漢服體驗項目，形同虛設，體驗不了，問前台和管家，都無視這個項目。
康健設施，乒乓球，桌球，飛鏢，小童足球桌在泳池放在的半露天地方，空間狹小、簡陋，蚊蟲多，同時有人使用的話，有安全隱患。
早餐品種一般。
性價比低，服務一般，所以五一期間人也不多，這算是個優點。

第二次入住酒店了，兩次入住體驗都非常的棒，以後還會來。服務非常貼心、熱情，即使不想出去玩，在酒店裡也不會覺得無聊。五一期間還有燒烤、尋寶、手作和户外電影。和男朋友玩的很開心。雖然酒店很多是家庭入住，但是説真的，情侶度假選在這裏也非常合適。
