The hotel is located right next the Pingjiang road. Quite convenient to get to the other tourist areas as well. Check-in was about 15-20 minutes, but after that we got small welcome pack.

房間進去有一股臭味，再説説前台吧，從前台去酒店房間樓需要用門禁，我們晚上去平江路逛街，晚上回來沒帶房卡，前天沒有人。給前台人員打電話，他説回家了，需要等20分鐘。 第一次聽説前天還有下班空崗的。 房間的設施太差了，走的時候前台還拿我手機，趁機給自己好評被我發現了，她還很生氣，説話語氣極不友好

優點是離景區近，缺點太多太多衞生差，床鋪不是一客一換，枕頭上有前位客人的頭髮，地毯臟得無法直視，無意中看到枕芯，不知道用了多少年…環境差，衞生間返臭嚴重，房間牆上，衞生間牆上都有飛蟲，牆壁發黴不堪隔音差，能聽到隔壁的聲音，樓下的聲音，大早上的貓叫，玩一天卻不能睡個好覺，真是住過的最差的酒店，不能算是酒店，頂多是小旅館，裝修主打一個簡陋，敷衍。服務差，前台小姑娘，像是欠她800萬，毫無服務可言，全程無笑臉

這是第一次給差評，本次入住服務體驗極差，前台哪位帥哥服務很棒，也很專業，值得信賴！前台另一位女性朋友難以言表，服務極差，態度極差，毫無專業可言，從進該酒店門開始，就句句帶刺，我想雖然不是你本人的生意，但是你老闆請你來，應該是信任你，親眼見到你面對顧客的態度真是差得一比潦倒，最起碼的職業素養都沒有

照片和實際完全不符合
並沒有看起來那麼新穎，房間骯臟。馬桶堵塞無法沖水。 房間的雙人床是用單人拼起來的。
沒有電梯，行李需扛上四樓
晚上會有煙客在樓道吸煙，導致煙味鑽進房間很難聞！
房間不夠嚴密，會有冷風吹進來
房內還不可以 熱水空調吹風機同時使用，會跳電。打掃房間後也沒有 給補上礦泉水
樓道傾斜就算了，感應燈還不會亮
廁所骯臟，廁所內的洗浴用品無法使用
不會再來，當晚就很想退房！

****，**前台，**商家凌晨1點的酒店沒有去辦入住，然後呢，允許有事取消了訂單，前後不超過5分鐘，商家説取消不了，他衹是一個前台，他辦入住和離店手續，去找他網上的訂單，有任何問題就打去哪客服。小區哪個客服上去之後呢，商量一天一個結果都沒有，打四五個電話
