前台諮詢退差價問題，前台態度較差，無法辦理。
房間衞生較差，床頭都是土。
浴室花灑損壞，亂呲水。
衞生間有異味。

離奧體演唱會很近，但是設施也太差了！！！
看完演唱會回來23點了抓緊洗個澡……一打開水龍頭，淋蓬頭的管子直接裂開！狂漏水！但是夏天不洗澡不可能，時間又晚了，想着用手捂着裂縫處艱難洗個澡吧……結果洗澡後！！！外面水漫金山……玻璃四周全部都滲水（如圖）走路分分鐘滑倒！！！而且一看就不是意外滲水吧！都不維修的嘛？？？！！！
立馬打電話給前台來看，但是，座機根本是沒有用的！？聯繫不上？？？還是用手機從攜程上聯繫的！
前台來了後就衹帶了1塊毛巾鋪在地上，其他沒蓋的地方依舊水漫金山，沒有再給我們拿毛巾來！還説讓我們自己走路當心……也沒問我們是否那麼晚需要換房間！……第二天退房也沒任何錶態和處理……清理房間看到如此環境也沒聯繫過住客……
在如今注重用户體驗的時代，人家都是退房時或者出現問題了還會回訪，這麼嚴重的問題，這家迄今一週過去了也沒有任何電話溝通……這輩子住過最差的酒店設施和服務態度了……
Ps：床的彈簧，睡在上面也太明顯了，隔得慌，注重睡眠的還是要謹慎選擇。

來看演唱會的，酒店離奧體比較近，步行15-20分鐘，地鐵的話也比較近，比較方便；酒店一共三層，整體環境不錯，有點復古風，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，服務態度好，下次還來附近的話還會選擇這家

設施完善，基礎的熱水器，wifi，一次性牙具，拖鞋，毛巾浴巾等等都具備齊全，服務態度很好，很熱情接待，打掃房間的阿姨很客氣，環境打掃的乾淨整潔，窗户外面就是公園，吃完飯了可以散散步，早上打開窗户，空氣很清新，衞生乾淨沒有異味，距離地鐵口很近，就在前方五百米的位置，去觀前街蘇州博物館之類的地方都很方便，地理位置特別優越，尤其是有單獨的洗衣機與烘乾機，這樣長途旅行再也不怕帶一堆臟衣服回去了，很不錯的一次住店體驗，下次還來

雖然晚上洗澡的時候，不知道是太陽能，等了幾分鐘還不熱，問了前台才知道這是太陽能，需要等幾分鐘，其他設施，床，房間空間和前台小姐姐，真的超級棒！也並沒有很差，體驗感真的不錯。因為是來看許嵩哥哥的演唱會，離體育場還近一些吧。房間價格也還實惠。

隔音不太好，晚上一點隔壁説話電視機還有很多很多聲音，都很崩潰😡後來戴了降噪耳機，勉強睡著了，環境一般，廁所不知道為什麼是玻璃門，臭味比較重，衞生間很滑，也不能穿一次性拖鞋洗澡，光着腳洗的，375反正不太值。但是距離演唱會比較近，方便沒話説，看自己需求吧。
