"I was lucky enough to be among the first to experience this new hotel.
The airport is about 14km from the hotel. After arriving in the evening, I took a tuk-tuk via Grab for about $6 USD, which took about 20 minutes.
The hotel is very new; I even removed the protective cover from the kettle's power outlet myself. The bedding and linens are of good quality and worth the price.
The service was also good, but there was no breakfast, and it seemed difficult to find places to eat nearby. In the evening, I had a bowl of seafood noodles at a night market stall across from the hotel, run by a young couple with their children; it was quite delicious.
If you need to have a layover and stay overnight, this is a good option."

"Fabulous owners. Incredibly kind. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable for $9 a night.
On the other hand, I'm really not happy with Trip.com, which deliberately lies about its ads!!
On the site, the services and facilities listed a spa, a sauna and a restaurant.
When I arrived there was none of that!
So these were criteria for my reservation.
I spoke with the owner of the establishment and he never indicated on any platform that the establishment had these services......
So Trip.com, you are liars and crooks, lying to make as many reservations as possible.
Between travel and meals outside because the guesthouse is 6 km from the center of Phnom Penh. The damage amounts to $80 for meals for 8 days and $48 for travel by tuktuk.
Trip.com compensation 15 dollars .......
Ridiculous and start by not lying to your customers anymore. I recommend booking. They are much more serious and honest on the descriptions.
And if you go through Trip.com contact the establishment directly and check that all the services and equipment on the description are accurate. Note. Guesthouse 139 19/20.
