"The hotel is in the center of the city, and I did not drive around. The parking lot is outside the hotel and costs $16. I saw that Dianping had a small Shanghai restaurant where I could eat, but I couldn't find it when I walked over. The washbasin is very personal but not practical"

"My boyfriend and I visited the hotel. The experience was very good. Vanessa welcomed us at the desk entrance in a very friendly way and explained the benefits of the hotel to us. She gave us our key. We enjoyed the room, very comfortable and beautiful. We used our free breakfasts. Kathi. in the kitchen she was very friendly and helpful every day we really liked the hotel and its staff"

"After staying for three days, the air conditioning was not too noisy compared to the hotel opposite, and there were not many people, so it was quite quiet. However, if you have a meeting, it will definitely not be quiet. It is a business hotel. The transportation is relatively convenient."

SStephen_SLocation is convenient for South Tacoma. Public areas and rooms clean. Not that it is a located in commercial urban area with theft, I saw a van window was broke in to and tools were stolen. If you stay anywhere, park away from the fence in well lighted area and do not leave any valuable in your vehicles. ***** and theft are problem all over many states, so must protect yourself.

GGuest UserEverything went well, just customer service at the night of our arrival. She wasn't very pleasent with the registration process as well as the lady from the breakfast. They need to put a smile in their face and be more courteous with guests.

ZZHENThe room is really big and has two queen beds. The hotel's address is convenient to travel, just beside the light rail, easy to get to and from the city. There is a shuttle bus to the airport and the front desk is available in advance.

DDavid ChambersThey were clean and treat you better than most hotels. Give you privacy. Unlike most hotels. I know they had breakfast but we didn't make it for that. Laundry room was great we got most of our clothes clean anyways. The best time is at night to do laundry. It's open for the most part. Thanks you we're great

The rooms are.always.clean and the staff are always friendly and knowledgable.and helpful. The.only thing that is frustrsting.is.the location. Its not.the best.or.safestest neighborhood.
