I don't know which wave of guests left the cover, the bed sheet is full of hair, and the bedside is full of hair. It's outrageous. Especially the kettle, dare to ask if it is really for people? I don't dare to use it to boil water for scalding my feet. These are just visible hygiene problems, I can't imagine what can't be seen. Asking the front desk to borrow a lighter is also no smile, coldly told me two words "no", and told me that there is no cigarette smell? I borrowed, not asked. There are indeed many tourists on May Day, and it may be busy, but this is definitely not the attitude of service industry personnel to customers. Everything else is OK, the surrounding environment is not bad, and it is comfortable to stroll around at night. There are also many varieties of breakfast, but there are too many people~ The attitude of the waiter is much better than that of the front desk. I will try to avoid this brand in the future... The hotel is very high-end, and the hygiene is really good 👍👍👍!

The hotel offers Chinese and Cantonese cuisine, and group purchases are suitable. The lobby where the Chinese restaurant is located does not have an accessible passage, which is slightly inconvenient for wheelchair users, but fortunately there are only two steps. During the stay, I caught up with two marriage celebrations. Overall, I was satisfied and it was worth staying.
