停車真的很無語，門前不是酒店專屬停車場，停滿了車，然後説停地下，在地庫門口被保安堵住不讓進，要房卡，酒店是不是傻啊 我來辦入住啊，有房卡嗎，把車停過道，走過去辦入住拿房卡，地庫辣雞的要死 停滿了車根本沒車位 走的時間提醒了服務員我要去地庫取車，不知道給我停車費的條，在出口保安要停車費條，又繞回去取條，實在是流程辣雞。房間空調根本不起作用，熱的要死，門口高架橋開窗能把人吵死 無語的入住體驗

首先説一下房間環境，衞生情況非常不錯，小度服務控制電子產品，機器人送餐送物等服務都很方便快捷。酒店服務人員態度很好，有求必應。值得一提的是酒店早餐很不錯。涼菜熱菜主食沙拉牛奶咖啡很全乎。我們帶着孩子一家三口非常滿意此次行程。下次來太原還會再次選擇太昌國際酒店的。

住了三晚家庭房衹給了一張房卡。而且房卡要插上，房間才有電，不像有的酒店就有單獨電卡，出去玩要拔下來屋子裡就沒法待了，坐電梯也要刷卡，所以即使下樓買個水也要全家一起行動，一進屋子裝修劣質傢俱味道非常重，開窗通風也味道很大，緊鄰機場噪音大，家庭房兩個衞生間衹給一小卷衞生紙，而且衞生紙質量差特別糟，得自己打電話要，蚊香片住三晚給兩片，加早餐八百一宿至於嗎，那麼大酒店這麼小氣，早餐有咖啡機但沒有咖啡，一問就是壞了，沒有修好的時候，衹有塑料袋裝的牛奶往桶裏倒的那種，對於早上喝咖啡的，還要自己買咖啡，真的不會再住了，太差勁了，這裝修和劣質傢俱味道沒誰了，特別刺鼻嗆嗓子，住的嗓子疼還要自己買葯，而且什麼影音房，但電視根本看不了，沒有信號

此次陪伴着家裡長者來太原旅行幾日，其中在這裏住了下，總體感覺還不錯，中規中矩的酒店房間，最大的優點是距離火車站非常近，非常便於我們此次出行。
酒店提供免費的停車位，但是停車位置似乎也對外開放，因此導致停車位非常緊張。
訴求就是簡單住一下，感覺很方便務實的一家酒店！

房間大，很整潔，無煙等異味。服務人員熱情、友善，服務周到。酒店外觀、大堂氣派，房間設施完善。美中不足的是洗浴間沒有防滑拖鞋，長者和行動不便者容易滑倒，停車場有點緊張。全5分。
