服務很好，我們帶着孩子，前台免費做了房間升級，還給小朋友準備了拖鞋，贈送小零食。房間非常的乾淨很智能，馬桶還可以自加熱，感覺非常貼心。

華住集團的輕奢品牌，漫心傳遞了時尚，精緻，温馨的宗旨。入住時趕上酒店高峯期，前台會先安排一間房給我們休息。迎賓水果和暢飲吧雖然簡單但是程序一樣不落。早餐餐具精緻，菜品用心製作。早餐廳的大姐會反覆提醒餐桌上方的吊燈不要磕到，而且還不止一個人提醒。離店結賬，前台小姐姐會囑咐你帶上加温的礦泉水，非常好的體驗。

環境服務沒的説，超級棒👍🏻孩子特別喜歡小機器人，前台特意給送了水，就是滿足孩子的好奇心，下次來還住在漫心❤️

服務還是不錯的，這個價位，minibar 免費，還送水果，直接配備了乳膠枕，省得我打電話要了，比很多國際連鎖都大方了，就是一個打掃的沒敲門直接開門了，幸虧我是鎖着的，開了門麼她要幹啥自己都不知道，這個有待培訓，也不先按鈴或敲門，看別人評價離店有送小吃和水，雖然不值錢，但是讓人感受就好，不過這點我沒享受到

我來太原理工大學考雅思，朋友推薦了這家酒店，也是信得過的朋友直接就定了，酒店前台服務態度熱情周到，酒店大堂基礎設施配套健全，而且酒店的輕奢裝修風格深得我心，衞生間是乾濕分離，而且全屋配備智能家居，房間冰箱還有贈送的飲料，入住時也會有前台人員送小禮品，十分推薦的酒店，下次還會選擇漫心！

各項服務五星好評👍👍👍早餐的品種雖然不算多，但很精緻美味，印象最深的是酸湯麪，麪條勁道，配料足，湯鮮味美。

非常滿意，意式輕奢風裝修風格，馬卡龍色系的沙發色彩軟包搭配，伴手禮還很有心送了眼罩耳塞，特別滿意，晚安禮還有水果，早餐也是中式西式的混搭，乾淨整潔有序，全屋是小度智能語音控制燈光和窗簾，還是挺符合我心的，送牙刷也是機器人配送，性價比高，家人住很滿意

房間乾淨衞生，酒店位置很好，步行到山西博物1900米，不過不建議步行過去，因為在太原打車都很方便，附近吃飯的店也很多。
