衞生：乾乾淨淨，入住體驗很好。
環境：離萬象城特別近，隔壁就是，有吃有玩，樓下一堆飯店，吃飯不成問題。
服務：熱情，禮貌。入住送了一堆吃的喝的，圖4，簡直是太熱情！五一遊玩出行首選！

複式結構的客房，超有氛圍！空間大！床品很舒服！很乾凈！衞生很贊！智能馬桶！臨近太原博物館、山西科技館、山西大劇院！對面就是萬象城！地理位置也很優越！下次開太原還選這家！

先説酒店位置，就在萬象城旁邊，吃飯逛街很方便。
再説前台服務，很熱情，我在攜程上用積分兑換的水果換成了咖啡，也不錯。房間的電視一開始沒法看，酒店工作人員來給修好了，期間聯繫電信的工作人員，很耐心。
最後説一下早餐，也是最不滿意的，定的房間裏麪包含兩位早餐，因為帶着孩子，諮詢前台前台表示會在第二天早上打電話詢問用餐人數，然後會把早餐送到房間。第二天早上我報了三份，早餐送過來，三份饅頭加小菜（沒份兩個小饅頭+兩口菜），三小包牛奶，兩份粥（就一點點，有圖片），兩個雞蛋。我們三個人，給兩個雞蛋，不知道酒店怎麼想的。我理解過年期間人員可能會少，但最起碼早餐你得讓顧客吃飽吧。38元/位的早餐就這麼個標準嗎？早知道這樣的標準，我去旁邊萬象城吃不香嗎。

酒店地點是真的好，吃逛都不錯。地下停車場在道口，需要提前跟前台溝通停車位置好方便進酒店。免費給我們升級了房間，在這個寒冷的日子進酒店就有熱咖啡和熱水，服務是這的好！房間很乾凈，小朋友還有伴手禮。真心推薦！

住宿體驗感為負數！
車挺進去就不讓出來，那我們去你酒店停車幹嘛，太不方便了。
總共住了兩晚，第一天知道了24小時衹能出一次，我第二天就沒開車，走的時候説我出還需要交錢，既然酒店已經協商了24小時的停車券，為什麼不能再協調靈活時間呢？酒店在入住時也沒説明，既然你酒店特殊，就應該提前和顧客説明，還怪顧客停車，那你們酒店在第三方平台也沒有備註。真的是體驗感極差！而且總會有沒有開車的顧客，一個房間必須衹能有一個停車券，那我們家庭房三個人都開車，怎麼算？！你們沒有協調好，讓顧客問你們買單？？！
酒店前台和房間不在一起，前台在一個一樓小隔間，住宿是在華潤寫字樓上，共用電梯！進出房卡還不能刷，房價也一點沒便宜，高峯期人擠人，有部電梯還停運，真的是心情很不美麗，好好的跨年元旦。。
被這破酒店的服務態度和停車搞的很糟糕。想來萬象城周圍住的朋友千萬別來這家酒店，一定慎重考慮！體驗感極差！！！
