The hotel oozes a**osphere and is located a short walk away from the railway station. The rooms are spacious and ours had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is a decent size. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. In all, it was a great place to stay.

The people who work at Hotel Genio are the most kind, lovely people. The hotel and roof are incredible, and most rooms have balconies with great views. I spent a whole month here and had the best experience!

One of the best hotels you can find in Tbilisi. Everything is brand new and in excellent condition. The hotel is located at a very picturesque place in the hills of Tbilisi, overlooking Mtatsminda within walkable distance to some main streets, modern restaurants, and cafeterias. Strongly recommend.

Staff personality can make or break any business, and with this in mind, I'm happy to report that hotel Genio had very welcoming individuals on the front desk. Friendly, efficient and professional. In addition to the above, the bedroom and ensuite were a good size, and tastefully decorated. The room contained a side table, 3 chairs, a desk, a fridge, a kettle (the latter of which came with complimentary and coffee, as was also the case with the bathroom amenities). Everything one expects from a good hotel was provided for, and as a bonus, the view from the roof terrace was exceptional. I will return.

The hotel staff were very friendly. There is a roof terrace and a dinning area but although there is what looks like a bar it wasn't open. The restaurant was only open for breakfast.

In a hotel was early breakfast. Not a lot of people in the hotel.

A world standard hotel. Especially the kind and friendly multilingual reception staffed 24/7, the large shower with the same water pressure and hot water as you would find in an overseas hotel, and the spacious and beautiful terraces both indoors and outdoors, where you can have the best time even in winter. Although it is close to Chavchavadze Ave., the area around the hotel is quiet and there is no inconvenience even without a car. There is a work desk, extension line, elevator, central heating, and the rooms are spacious.

Although the hotel was small, service and cleanliness were very good. The only bad thing is that we couldn't find dinner. We ordered twice and neither of them arrived. Since the location of the hotel is far from restaurants, dinner is a problem.

Hotel in very good condition and clean, but several problems to report: the area is quiet but difficult to access even for local taxis / service side: no bottles of water provided except one day when the air conditioning was broken (the west facing room was a steamer) + no choice at breakfast, it's a plate topped with an egg, cucumbers and tomato and a slice of bread / when the AC ran the compressor on the roof was noisy. To remember for Tbilisi: the criterion of choice is not to be close to the city center but to centers of interest, Dzveli / sulfur baths / Metekhi.
