Outstanding
GGuest UserThe first time I booked this hotel in Tacheng, the hotel lobby is very distinctive, the room style is suitable for business trips, the breakfast is very rich, and the mainlanders are also very suitable for taste.
GGuest UserThe environment in the courtyard is really good. After dinner, you can eat and exercise in the morning. There is a saying that the experience of a room is really bad. The central air conditioner is noisy and not cool. The cooling is adjusted to the lowest 17° and it is not very cool. It is hot and turned over all night until the air conditioner is turned off in the middle of the night and the window is opened. I barely fall asleep. How long to sleep is still hot, there are yellow urine stains on the toilet lid in the bathroom, the shampoo shower gel on the sink feels self-filled, the cover is not sealed, it may be useless to clean, so it is not changed, but in fact the noodles are all oil stains; disposable toothbrushes like steel brushes are particularly difficult to use; Carpets, sofas, towels all room furnishings are very old, bath and shower design is not reasonable... In short, the room price is not low, but the comfort and hygiene of the stay are not worthy of this price. It is not recommended to choose for the pursuit of intelligence and comfort, but it is to drive by yourself and park, but the parking lot is standard for the hotel! The above real feelings are for reference.
GGuest UserThere is breakfast, and the breakfast quality is okay. The only weakness is that the bathroom is too small and you cannot bathe and use the toilet at the same time. Also, the shower water adjustment valve in the shower was different from the normal one. It could not be opened directly to release water. It had to be tightened from the beginning. This caused the water spraying on the floor of the room where my sister-in-law and I were sleeping and the floor slipped, causing my sister-in-law to fall. Because it was too late, he didn't tell us, and he was afraid that it would affect everyone's rest. He told me that I had fallen when we finally checked out. The tall lady from Henan who built the house was very nice. She knew that it was hot and there was no place to dry the clothes, so she told me how to dry the clothes if there was a laundry room. I am really grateful to every kind person I met along the way.
Facilities: It's okay, the utilization rate of the smart toilet is not high. Because the bathroom is too small, there is no separation of dry and wet areas. The kind that makes it impossible to go to the toilet after taking a shower.
Hygiene: OK, clean.
Environment: Many of the houses booked by Ctrip are made by bosses who deliberately make things difficult for people. The prices are too high and there are no windows. Otherwise, it is very noisy because it faces the street. We live on the 3rd floor, which is facing the street. There are many cars and it is very noisy. The windows are closed, which makes me sleep very light.
Service: Not much to say, the tall lady who did the housekeeping was particularly good. Kindhearted.
The only fly in the ointment: Does Ctrip still require a deposit for a house booked? To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel like this? It's understandable that someone said they took their room card away when they checked out? The sheets and pillowcases were dirty and someone ran away? I just want to ask, doesn’t every hotel have this kind of problem? How others solve the problem.
GGuest UserDuring these years in Xinjiang, I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels. I have to say that the facilities of this homestay are really complete. This one with double beds is actually two bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms. It is no problem for two families and four adults to live there. The whole place is like a small villa. The car can be parked in the yard. It is very comfortable to live in. Thumbs up
SStephaneDI travel the world by bike and I found this place very convenient, on our way to Urumqi, via the S101. We were well received, even if there is a language barrier. The owner and staff are very accessible and friendly. Every request we did was understood and the people were always smiling and helpful . The bedding is a bit hard (futon) and clean, the shared bathroom could do with better maintenance. You can follow me on Instagram: @lebraquetdelaliberte
QQieqiesiyuThe room is very clean, the shower water is very hot, the service provided by the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, the hotel facilities and equipment are very complete, the parking lot is very spacious, and the bathroom is also very clean. It is worth recommending.
AAnonymous UserOMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter.
It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue.
Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance.
The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur.
After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience.
It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.
AAnonymous UserIf you're just relaxing during your trip, this place is absolutely fine. There's hot water, a private bathroom, and clean bedding. If you're looking to enjoy your trip and have more sophisticated needs, I recommend looking elsewhere.
The building is built in a shipping container style. While there's no air conditioning at the time of our stay, the room is well ventilated.
