The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the service is very good.
The location is convenient, there is a Chinese restaurant next to it, and the supporting facilities are good.

We went to the rooftop bar for drinks and dinner, service was very good and we love sitting looking over the rooftops of Tema. We ordered cocktails whilst we looked through the menu. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We ordered special fried rice and sweet and sour pork with coconut rice, both were delicious and nicely presented.

Nice place, with great people around! And the housekeeper's Veronica and Thomas doing their job fantastic. Great bar, nice rooms, and good aircondition too... A great place to visit

Veronica, Thomas and housekeeping team did a great job by keeping my room clean and tidy I will be coming back Because of them they made me feel like home and will like to recommend Alisa hotel Tema to my friend public area attendants are good 👍🏿 up for housekeeping.

Veronica, Thomas and house keeping team were very friendly and professional. My room was always clean, tidy and fresh. Teas and coffee was always topped up. My stay was pleasant and every was kind and helpful. Room service was excellent. I would highly recommend Alisa Hotel Tema to my colleagues.

Yesterday I was at the new Alisa Hotel Tema and it was my auntie’s Birthday. OMG the service and ambience was so good as well as their Friday BBQ dinner. Solomon and Esther , gave us an excellent service. The supervisor, Lennox kept checking up on our table and assisting us with all our requests. Lennox organized the team to sing for my aunt and the whole place was on fire 🔥 . Beautiful pool side, I loved it. Thanks to Blessed also for everything. Thanks Alisa Tema!!! ❤️🤩🔥

On Founders day holiday I decided to go and see what the trend about this new hotel was about. Myself and some other friends weren't disappointed at all. My only problem is that the pool was too shallow 🙄. I also think the pool beds are not enough. Michael served us nice cocktails and we had a little problem with our food(chicken wings). So we ordered more and spoke to Lennox and we were very happy with the treat we got. I also had the opportunity to speak with Gideon the Sales team and got a tour of the place. Would totally recommend this place to everyone.
