"The hotel is newly built, so the internal environment is very comfortable. The waiter cleans the room every day, and the front desk service is also very considerate. There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and there is a fast food restaurant opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. The most convenient point is that it is very close to the airport, a 12-minute drive. I personally feel very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel."
"The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and ask if there is anything to help first. Free parking and spacious parking lot. There were not many types of breakfast, but basically everything was there and it was delicious. This price is a good value for money."
"Located in the heart of Tempe, the hotel is easy to find on the main road and has convenient transportation. There are many shops, restaurants and bars within the vicinity. The service staff is very good, with car rental service, free parking, free airport shuttle bus. The rooms are large, the decoration and facilities are very good. The price is relatively moderate and the price is super good. It is a good choice for traveling abroad."
"Check-in instruction was very detailed and complete. Customer service responds quick. Carpet needs deep cleansing. Housekeeping forgot to put hand soap. Ceiling was completely unfurnished. Room 6044"
"No food at this place you have to cook you4 own food or go out to eat it has nice kitchen with cook top stove comes with pots & pans a toster oven and coffee pot...Staff are nice and friendly people try to go out on a limb to help you with questions.."
"The toilet in the room is old, the flushing needs to be done many times, the old-fashioned air conditioner, the sound is like a tractor, there is no way to sleep. Really a nightmare accommodation experience"

Great
GGuest UserGreat place to stay at near ASU. Amazing rooftop bar that is amazing to watch the sunset.
Will definitely stay there again next time we are is Phoenix.
GGuest UserI was greeted by the nicest receptionist, I told her that trip.com was no help on switching my room from a double bed to a king cause that wasn’t even supposed to be , she never hesitated she just did it .. The walk from the hotel to mill ave for dinner an drinks was 7 min , so nice . At night to go on roof with the pool an view omg gorgeous... very clean an very nice ... will stay again an will recommend to others ..
GGuest UserWas really surprised with the area. It was in a really nice location there is a market place 10 minutes away with so much to do it was really clean, the room almost looked like it had never been used as some appliances still had wrapping on them. Would choose this hotel again. Checkin was fast, employee even showed us the best way to get to our concert venue and reminded us about the free breakfast.
KKetyCSThe room is big and spacious.
Cleaning staff are there everyday in the morning.
Parking is free and has plenty of space.
Walking distance to the Arizona Mills Mall.
Complimentary free breakfast and food is good.
The hotel has common Laundry area, has washing machine & dryer.
Big bottle of shampoo,conditioner,body wash.
Very noisy air conditioning.
There's no microwavable plate no kettle.
There's 2 elevators at time both are faulty, maintenance staff were unable to diagnose the issue.
We're okay to use the stairs though from 6th floor.
The dining area is small and is usually crowded.
LLIHUAI booked the hotel for my husband. After paying by Ctrip, I said that I could check in with my passport when I arrived. But when I arrived at the front desk, I said that I didn’t have this order, and I charged US$114.64. So far, there is no refund.
DDedric CharlesWe just took an in town get-away from the kids. Service is friendly. Continental Breakfast in the beautiful dining area is beautiful. In fact, our stay was perfect with the exception of the visibly dirty and stained carpet in the room (not the common area) —- hard bottom slippers are an easy remedy. A peaceful, restful night and refreshed morning made everything look new by checkout time.
GGoddess of gratitudeVery clean very peaceful and omg the beds are soft perfect body melt you can rest the balcony is nice as it was warm outside good is Affordable and good I would highly recommend easy access to all areas and staff was very nice and friendly definitely will stay again
LLori HagenRoom was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground
CcynthiasonyAdvantages: There is a very simple free breakfast and laundry is free. Disadvantages: 1. After taking a shower in the middle of the night, I found that the hair dryer was broken, and the hotel did not have a spare hair dryer. Later, I coordinated to another room to blow my hair, because the hair dryer was fixed on the wall and immobile. 2. The front desk is not staffed enough and there is often no one. The front desk girl service is very good, the boys are average, the new front desk Indians speak too heavy, completely understand, can not communicate.
